Pardon my word but the late Nigerian Chief of staff is an appointee of the president, even the position of a chief of staff is not in the constitution, a President can do without one, if his staffs knows their roles, unfortunately previous government and especially the current one has elevate that position to a level that it does not deserve nor belong.
