Useless post. How does holding meeting outside Nigeria be a problem, those men travel overseas anytime they want, it may just be convenient meeting point according their schedules.

People that can afford it jet out to Paris, Dubai, etc for birthday celebrations, etc...really no issues. I believe Arise TV aren't busy.

Obi selling his candidacy to any Nigerian in diaspora or at home whether such as person is famous or not is also no issues, so far as he's bribing them as aspirants did during primaries.

Obi's tour abroad is in order because Nigerians in diaspora are stakeholders too, and can have influence in forthcoming election by telling their relations in Nigeria to vote for him if they find him worthy of such support.

Judge yourself

If 1st Class is Tinubu's terminal qualification, what is his basic educational qualification. Educational foundation is very important, if he had none then claimed 1st class degree is questionable.

I truly don't know Obi's class of degree, however the man has been developing and improving himself academically even delving into other fields of learning like economics, and he's now an alumni of best universities in this world. Therefore, judging by his current knowledge of global and development economics, etc they are no match....Obi is obviously very sound and knowledgeable in contemporary issues affecting Nigeria. It's very dangerous to dwell on past glories, the world is very dynamic and human development and education should be at pace and match current realities, and must be useful in solving problems.

Academics here can attest to the fact that there is more to education than class of degree. No matter of class of degree if you don't strive to continually development yourself you simply be "rusty" in a couple of years after graduation.

Educational qualification is hinged on both character and learning, who among both aspirants has the good character of saying everything about his background? Obviously Peter Obi.

Tinubu should attend media interviews like Obi have been doing, let us see the stuff he is made of? If he then goes further to debate Obi on topic issues of national interest then I can bet you there will only be one winner which the Labour Man.

Tinubu boasted that he brought in this current government, yet for over 7 years he couldn't use so called 1st Class brain to advise them on how they could turn around the economic fortunes of Nigeria. Similar case was his influence in bringing the outgoing Osun State administration, what is success story of APC government in Osun. No one should therefore believe that he knows how to assemble an effective team.

Tinubu did wonders in Lagos in terms of infrastructure yet he couldn't build good hospital there for his personal treatment? He goes to UK or France for medical treatment.

He raised men and great successors? Should we really praise Godfatherism, cabal, etc that is bad in progressive societies. How can anyone sincerely and easily challenge, probe or turn down request of selfish favours from a corrupt Godfather?? Some of the men he raised are in this federal government, have they done wonders? NO. His Fashola failed woeful as minister of power, a ministry in charge of what Nigeria desperately need to drive her economy upwards.

It's not emotional tantrums! I support him 100%. Voting Obi is not doing any igbo person a favour. To be President of Nigeria at this stage when her economy is destroyed will be lot of hard work. I don't even envy Obi for seeking that position. If Nigerians like let them continue voting Hausa, Fulani or Yoruba, I'm not bothered. It's not a do or die affair, so many Nigerians are financial secured without being in politics. Igbos shouldn't beg for any position, and they wouldn't be the worst suffered tribe if Nigeria becomes a failed state.

One major drawback of Obi is that he talks a lot and if you delve deep into what he is saying most times, it is hard to correlate his words into tangible solutions for the economy.

Furthermore, a lot of youths shouting Obi really do not even bother to critique his ideas or solutions. To them it is simply about being "Obidient"

Abeg obidient to what? Most don't even know.
