Jesus is the tree planted by Jehovah {John 15:1} his Apostles are the branches {John 15:5} but after his Apostles all other Christians are the fruit of that tree. So while the tree remains and the branches only the fruit is enjoyed by people far and near because they're the ones that's movable the tree and it's branches aren't movable literally. That's why Jesus never preached nor perform and sign outside Israel, he commanded the branches (Apostles) to remain in Jerusalem {Act 1:4} the only Apostle Jesus ordered to go outside Jerusalem is Paul {Act 9:15} so when talking about faith healing in Christianity it was never mentioned outside Israel because the tree (Jesus) and real branches (Apostles) had no direct business with those outside Israel {Matthew 10:6; 15:24} only Apostle Paul had was given that power to heal outside Israel because Jesus specifically chose Paul as another branch for the tree.

So no disciples (fruit) were given the power to perform faith healing outside Israel their own assignment is to continue spreading the teachings of the branches (Apostles) which they got from the tree (Jesus) Act 2:42
