What that verse means is that God is the One who created things we use to do evil and things we use to do good.
The import is Isaiah shouldn't be scared of those people God is sending him to because whatever thing they try to use to harm Isaiah God created that thing so He (God) has the power to redirect such thing to do something different.
For instance Nebuchadnezzar wanted to use FIRE to destroy three Hebrew boys but the FIRE only killed his own guards while God's servants felt like they are inside a room filled with AC.

Of course the gasses that makes up fire was redirected to do something different by God who created those gasses.

Note how God called overly righteous ones "my people" but they don't have knowledge so Paul said instead of being overly righteous they should seek knowledge. Romans 10:2-3

Take for instance Jesus said it's by the fruit each religion produces that we will know the source of a prophet (church founder) Matthew 7:16

This means if we are judging by human reasoning we will never be able to know false prophets (church founders) but if we stick to God's word easily we will identify false prophets.

Jesus said it's by what their followers turn out to be in the society. Remember it's their pastor's teaching that will determine how they will deal with their neighbors.

So if after all their dos and donts they can't love neighbors {Mark 13:31} or have love among themselves {John 13:34-35} then what is the essence of their pastor's teaching? Matthew 7:17-19

Scripture clearly and directly identifies the Father as the one true God. God Almighty is self-sufficient. He doesn't need other persons to complete Him or help Him function. The Trinity was never taught by Jesus or the Apostles. It is a doctrine invented by men, forced onto Scripture centuries later through heated councils and deliberate manipulation. As a result of that, millions of sincere people brainwashed into worshipping a three-headed God never described anywhere in the Bible.

Even that title "Son Of God" really makes them uncomfortable because all what they expect to see in the Bible is "Jesus is God" but unfortunately their is no single verse to back up their Trinity!🤣
