You probably missed my point - I concluded that God appreciates nature and uses it to draw the line between good and bad. It could be correct that God knows better than science - we can't prove that - only your imagination can.

Nature of course taught us that there's nothing that doesn't have a beginning and a cause but then nature doesn't teach us good or bad.
God told us a lot before people gradually found out e.g. the shape of our planet home, gravitational force, water circle just to mention a few.

John wrote what you are quoting 66 years after Jesus and JWs said Jesus could read hearts so by the time Judas has fully developed that bad trait Jesus has seen it not that he knew before choosing him.
