Unfortunately this way of thinking is the error that keeps us externalizing the root of our problems, instead of looking inwards. The threat of the beast within overtaking us and making us slaves to our own will and selfish desires is worse than what any human government can do.

That is what most people think but Jesus disagree with such ideas he taught us to pray for God's Kingdom to come.
Why?

God's word made it clear to us that human government is the root cause of all mankind's problems {Ecclesiastes 4:1; 8:9} but the Jews in Jesus' day were thinking they can liberate themselves either by force or miracles so they were anticipating a time when Jesus will either lead them to war against their oppressors or use his supernatural powers to change things instead Jesus told faithful ones among them that the time given to human governments has not ended yet {Luke 21:24} so they have to endure to the end for them to be saved! Matthew 24:13
Please don't get me wrong, no faithful servant of God is happy with the situation of things but there is nothing we can do to change things until God's Kingdom comes!

I never expected them to accept me as one of them until i got baptized nah.

I was born a Muslim so when i met them i never trusted them until i discovered that it's only when you are dedicated to their God and symbolize it by water immersion that one becomes a bonafide member so i chose to be a complete member and ever since then everywhere i go there is a home awaiting me once i identify myself as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Please you can't expect them to recognize you as a member when you are not baptized in their global record of membership it's only baptized ones they count as Jehovah's Witnesses if you are attending their meetings for more than five decades but never got baptized you remain an interested person not one of Jehovah's Witnesses!

In terms Money richest, I know Jehovah witness try as much not to make others uncomfortable. But you can't deny the difference amongst them. The grade system. I tell you... I know some people in the follow ship that haven't relate or don't talk with each other. Fake smiles and handshake during closing. I know a lady that I was the only one that could relate with her, we talk....but each one of them, as class, and group that they each gather different from another. An elder told me something, very unfortunate. You guys lack real and truth friends and association. All fake for the kingdom of God on earth.

I'm not talking about how individuals look at friendships but the organization is the focus now.

When i first attended the assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses i expected them to hail rich, famous or influential members but no instead the celebrated ones are those who are doing great in the ministry so if you are doing well in the ministry your photograph or video will be posted globally among Jehovah's Witnesses as an exemplary member.

Cornelius practiced Judaism faithfully that is why God favored the man by showing him mercy because whoever continues with Judaism after Christianity has been established may not gain everlasting life.
So God showed him favor introducing him to the New Religion that replaced Judaism, therefore whatever he was doing in Judaism before then is no longer useful all he needs to do now is follow the Christians and their teachings which does not include tithing!

Tithing law was not established through circumcision. Abraham and Jacob gave tithes ever before the law was established.

Abraham gave Melchizedek not because he was given a law rather he did it out of his own freewill the law to give tithe was established after the nation of Israel was formed.
Today we are operating through another highpriest whose priesthood wasn't due to animal sacrifices something that made the Levites service providers in the worship arrangement {Hebrews 7:5-6} so if their services are no longer needed the laws that says they should be paid is gone! Hebrews 7:11-12🙂

Everything you have belongs to the Lord, and a tithe is a statement made to God to indicate this.

It simply means giving up worldly riches to make friend with God so choosing a career of Christian ministry instead of pursuing material riches is the same as storing your riches in heaven where no thief can see what you have with God!🙂
