Na gala sure pass bro. With a bottle or 2 of coke. U must finish the coke in Morocco befor u board the plane to JFK or else. They will trash ur drink for you. The food is not so bad though. Buh don't eat it too much, cos they keep bringing the same thing, else you want to turn the toilet to your room on the flight to JFK. Wish you safe trip down here.

I know how you feel. its very depressing leaving far away from the person you love. I am in it too. got married to an American citizen too. she just left back home last week. we was thinking about getting her the Niger wife visa but decided since am going to be joining her soon we can apply for it when I get there for other visits in the future. with the look of things I guess u guys are doing your spousal visa thing right. how long more do u have to wait till he is approved to come meet you? if the time isn't much I guess u can wait till he gets there before applying for the Niger wives visa.

If your wife requires a joint sponsor, they will need to make enough money to support the intending immigrant (you) so having your mother-in-law as a joint sponsor does nothing to assist you. You just have to meet 125% of the poverty guidelines so she should be fine as a clinical psychologist. The information on the exact amounts that need to be reflected on tax documents is public information.

With regards to the police certificate - if you show up to your interview and it has expired you will just have to get a new one. Not a big deal.
Thanks VO for the answer so you are saying the police certificate after 3 months can't be accepted again at the point of interview? Right now am about to get one for NVC it means i will have to get another if I get my interview later than 3 months from the time I submit my documents to NVC?
Travel / Re: U.S. Immigration Questions: Ask A U.S. Consular Officer by mcaylife(m): 11:41am On Nov 16, 2015
hello VO. my wife petitioned for me Cr1 we are at the NVC stage. I have two question. 1. my wife is a clinical psychologist with a good pay we talked about asking her mom to stand as a co sponsor just in case we need one. her mom is a widow and retired chef. the govt is paying her as a widow she has her own house. my wife and her mother live alone in the house. my wife has no kid meaning no one is depending on her. can her mom be a co sponsor for us even though she is on a govt salary. second question about the police clearance am about to get one the last vo said its good for a year and you answered someone earlier on here its a s good for 3 months only. in a situation whereby you got an interview after the police certificate expires are we to get a new one cos the police certificate is among the documents nvc is asking for. pls kindly shed more light on that for us intending immigrants. thanks and have a great week ahead.

learnt the crime rate in LA is high and also wanna know the rate of accomodation off campus. You may not be able to help with this info since you aint a student or going in as one. Thanks all the same.
well I don't know how u got your facts and what u mean by the crime rate is high my wife lives there and I will be joining her soon and I don't think she ever tells me their are high crime rate. senseless killings happens everywhere in the world don't use that to set your goals and as far as accommodation is concern I think its cheap compared to other big cities and the cost of living in new Orleans is very affordable. I also have a church member doing is masters in one of the university in New Orleans well I don't have his contacts cos we are not that close. this is my two cent for u, u was given a student visa to study in new Orleans go for it don't misuse your visa cos if u scale through now it may haunt u in the future remember that America keep good records. peace out. my bad if there are typo errors I didn't proof read

Family / Re: When The Wrong One Loves You Right!!! by mcaylife(m): 5:05pm On Jun 29, 2015
my advice goes does. marriage is a long life commitment.. I understand your fears when you said u don't have feelings for him. what u need to look out is the positive side of the guy. 1. you said he has been there even when u are friend zoning him. one thing most women don't know is that it is best for your man to love u more than u love him. if he does love u. he will worship and adore u forever even when those sexy curves of yours ain't there again and also if u are more beautiful than your husband he will see u as the best thing he can ever achieved. ask very well ugly guys are the most romantic and when they love they do that with all their heart. secondly on finance leave that one for God. am very sure a girl would have asked dangote to go to hell before. now he can afford to marry as many as possible ladies he want. look very well search your mind u will see something that will make u love him.

Hello Dear V.O

glad to have you back on this forum. Surely we have missed you alot.
Ma'am i'm also happy to let you know that i had my interview on Friday 12 of June. And my interview was very smooth and successful and my visa was approved. (Btw: All Consular Officers are soo nice). Just unfortunate for me i couldn't see your beautiful face that i can thank personally. But i pray deep in my heart that may God keep HIS unending blessings and care upon you and your households.

Ma, My brief questions are:

1. When will the visa be ready for pick up as its almost one week now since my interview. (Am aware though of the present computer glitch). Ma, i will be glad just to have a time frame in mind.

2. In order for me or my wife to pay the USCIS green card fee of $165 U.S Dollar, please ma how do we find the Alien registration number? (Is it the Passport number? Or the number on the DS260 confirmation page?).

I awaits eagerly for your response soon ma.

Thanks in a million times.

Best Regards

David T. Maxwell.
pls Maxwell how long did u wait till u got your visa from sending the petition till when u where given the visa because I am also married to a us citizen. she filed the petition may 16 2015. just want to have the time frame in mind. thanks
