In a sane country where rule of law is supreme, the affected officials would have been asked to step aside while investigation is on going but in Zoogeria, dnt be surprise to hear that the said officials are on official assignment or representing their ogogoro drinking, nepotically inclined and unrepentant democratically biased president somewhere.
Please if you live in a Zoo, you can call yours a Zoo to suit yourself, but please don't call the country millions of persons live in, a zoo; no matter the challenges bedevilling her. God bless you.

If I am a Nigerian, I should have no qualms denying such connection. Why would any reasonable person grant any form of respect to a dysfunctional zoo such as Nigeria? By the way if you want to test the spirit of patriotism, I suggest you book day with the members of the victorious Nigeria Super Falcons.
What you tag "zoo" is someone's country; if you don't respect the country, respect the emotions of those that love it. I am yet to see a single country that doesn't have its challenges but people don't go around calling it a zoo. Gas dadi killed people like they were less humans but many still respected the country's sovereignty; so please respect my country. No be force, na beg. For the Super Falcons, the country could have failed them but so has some other countries failed their citizens; key thing is Patriotism. Some U.S soldiers that died in the many wars in the Middle may not have supported the U.S engaging in such war, but for Patriotism, they ditched their personal interest. Good day.

My brother...what u just said and those who gave u like are both st.pid .. How on earth did u know he was smiling becus he was close to buhari? Like seriously what is wrong with some of us? If u had added *joke* at the end of ur first comment...I would av smiled over this..worst is that u even argues further on this and u think u av made sense?

Secondly...there was no need mentioning Kanu...like seriously...if u don't believe in a man's course...why talk about him?

What is the logical relationship between KANU and the pics above?

Do u derive joy mentioning his name? If u do...then he is greater than u becus he doesn't derive joy or even know that u exist...thus, he doesn't mention ur name..

We only talk about important people...and if u keep talking about KANU and he doesn't talk about u...then he is far greater than u..

Yes...u av right not to like KANU but stop dragging his name to everything u talk about abi Nairaland dey give u life? Abi na Nairaland likes dey feed u?

I just don't understand that in this serious times of naija...we still av people like u wasting their time on another person's headache..

Is KANU complaining to u? What is ur own cup of tea? Even if he dies inside prison..he is still a happy man..becus dying for what u believe in shows high level of commitment in what u chose to pursue..

Millions of Nigerians are not happy with the way the country has treated them for decades ..they are sad that countries like Egypt, Algeria etc even have access to water...electricity, healthcare, right here in Africa while the so called giant of Africa has denied her citizens these basic things for decades...yet these citizens kept quiet and danced for the politicians.. They are the real cowards..

U and I are the real coward...I am also a coward for not speaking agaist a system that has denied us many things..a system that made me work so hard like a machine before I can enjoy basic things govt in other reasonable countries provide for her citizen..

I am proud of any man who can fight that system and such man is a true hero.. I don't care about his method of operation..even though I don't buy to his idea..

I respect him for speaking and demanding freedom becus Nigeria..weda buhari or GEJ or Obasanjo or all the northern military leaders that ruled this country failed us.. And I will be glad to come out of this system...sadly..I don't av the nerve to do so..and u don't av too..

No matter how u want to pretend...u don't like Nigeria.. Not even the celebrities wit all d money..forget wat dey talk in the media..go close to them in closet..they aren't happy that they spend so much to fuel their generator..that they have to ply ungly roeads...and leave the country to get standard education and healthcare .. U sef know..

So...leave a man who is ready to break that system that has caged the masses for decades..
I read through your analogy and will first commend your ability to make clear points without resorting to insults. But I want to disagree with you on the point made that many Nigerians are not proud to be one. Even though I am hungry and not happy with the way our leaders have treated us, I am still a proud Nigerian; proud of my roots. Like I say, I am first a Nigerian even before a Cross Riverian. Kanu's methodology leave a lot to be desired. Being a leader entails being wise also. Thank you.

Why shut him up? If you are not proud of Nigeria, can't someone else be? With all the ills in my country, I'm still proud of it. I'm hungry but I still love the Green White Green. That's is patriotism.

Nigeria cannot supply a electricity for an hour talk less building a ship. Any foreign country that led the operations in assembling of the so-called NNS KARADUWA must bring their generators for electricity. Even the parts to sustain the generators and other equipment needed to assemble the ship in Nigeria must be imported. This is not about a disdain for Nigeria but a factual fact.
Not here to banter words with you but if you are a Nigerian, show some respect and don't embarrass yourself on a forum you know the world visits and if you are not a Nigerian, shut up and allow us in spirit of patriotism pay respect to our country when deserving and criticise our leaders where necessary. Don't come here spewing hate. Good day.

Houses are built everywhere of the same materials to make VALUATION easy. It's the Design and Location of Houses that vary. This is why we have low density area and high density area. If you're a family of 20 individuals on a plot of 100/100, you can never expect your rooms and conveniences to be spaced like that of a family of only 4 individuals on the same size of plot. It's a case of losing on a Swing what you gain on a Roundabout. A couple with two Children must enjoy facilities of life more than an idiot with four wives and eight to ten children.
True enough but you will agree that we really do not have a comprehensive housing scheme. Having a family of over 10 is not the reason govt. has not shown seriousness as to having a good housing plan.

With each Budget proposal by the Nigerian government, comes criticism from many especially Economists and policy think-thanks. Please do share your opinion on what the 2017 budget should look like, considering the current recession we face, the way out and our critical needs as a nation. Personally Recurrent and overheads 10%. Agric 15%, Roads 15%, Housing 15%, Power 20%, Science/tech/manufacture 30, Education 15%. Lalaclastic.

Personally I feel improving housing is a matter of legislation. For crying out loud, such matter should feature in the Concurrent list as it critical for State govts to contribute to housing development and not build a small enclave for family and friends and label it GRA. Lalastica please I want to get the opinions of persons for better understanding of the subject.

thanks for your contribution sir, but how has Europe been able to manage housing especially the U.S.A with its population, that it still not overwhelmed and good housing is not limited to a few places?

It should be in Europe
Please sir can you name 1 or more areas within Europe that has such? From my little knowledge I understand Europe developed a mortgage system to enhance an all-round housing development, unlike what we have here where only the "GRA(s)" have good infrastructure. Kudos to LASG for trying to establish such frame work for Lagos.

It is not uncommon to drive through most states in Nigeria and see an area marked "Government Reserved Area"; pardon my ignorance, but is this perculiar to Nigeria? How much should government involve itself in estate management as a way of tackling housing deficit in Nigeria?

Mr Macqueen, the only reason you run your mouth is because you are unsuccessful. You are on every pornsite and dating site like xvideos, pornrabbit, Nigeria adult forum, masturbating and begging for sugar-mummies that you'll lick their pu..ssyys for stipends. You are a useless piece of scum with ZERO source of income, envious of the achievement of your Igbo peers. Please debunk the truisms and i will go all the way with you. I promise to make you dump this username and run faster than your shadow. Try me. Thank you
Young man go grab some sense. Not every one is interested in you being silly. Stop dragging SS into your Biafra blablabla. That's all.

And lest I forget like every adult, I reserve a right to watch porn and every adult movie. Don't you think?

EUROBOMBER:
Funny thread.

I cannot understand why some SS people want to die for nothing. We have said it so many times that should Nigeria break today, the Igbo will not force any tribe or group to be part of us. All these threads are useless and meaningless. The Igbo will accept any of the minority tribes that prefer to be part of us and those that don't want to join us would be free to form their own country or remain with Nigeria.

Why is this so difficult to understand. What is wrong with some SS people for goodness sakes? You keep shouting leave us alone it is not by force and we have said several times that we are not forcing you or plaining to do so yet you still come here everyday to shout we are not part of your Biafra!

Please you are free to be part of any group of people you choose. The Igbos are not forcing any of you and there are no plans to do so. I just created a thread about having direct access to the Atlantic from the SE and this is viable.

We can survive without oil if that is what is getting you'll worked up. Germany today has no drop of oil and yet is the most powerful economy in Europe. There are so many countries in the world without oil and yet doing very fine. Look at Israel that moved into a desert and transformed it into a wonderful country for themselves.

So please Mcquin & Ikwerreboy, we are not forcing or begging you to be part of us please!

Nice to know you are not forcing us. Next time don't come arguing that Nigeria is trying to divide the people of SS and SE because Ojukwu long did when he brought our brothers into a war and ran to Abidjan only to recontest in Nigeria's election later.

Stop the SS/SE story. Stop claiming other people's land.

Ah ah. Only time wil tell sha, wen niger delta republic consist of the six south south state comes to reality wil shall all chase dem out of our land.. As we use get Ghana must go sack bag na so we go get Igbo must go sack bag..
It's so annoying when someone tries to tell you your tribe. What will I gain claiming a tribe i'm not. No be Yoruba people de this forum, is it not a major tribe? Why will I claim to be Efik if in reality i'm yoruba? These Igbo people funny sha.

In any case, if I was to choose a tribe other than Efik, i'll take yoruba's cos they make less noise and are highly intelligent and accommodating. See how they rejected a wrong administration unlike Igbos that queued behind it.

In my spare time, I'll try to upload photos of my maternal grandpa's burial- Obong Joseph Ekanem. And our names on his diary to the great grand children. Maybe then they'll understand that not all SS, accept their idea. Not even the "Delta Igbos"
PoliticsRe: South South Is Not Part Of Biafra- Ubong .E. Daniel by mcquin(m): 11:03am On May 22, 2015
My mother is of the Obong Joseph Ekanem family in Eket; Ikot Udoma, Akwa Ibom. But I insist, Biafraa is an Igbo thing. It led to the death of many of our brothers; yet they'll come here claiming, i'm a Yoruba. Na only Igbo and yoruba de naija?

I can't figure out why they'll assume any one from SS will automatically support them. Funny enough not all Igbos even support the idea; talk more of others.
