Talking about election rigging, for your information The appeal court has upheld the election of Mr. Fayose, and that is final unless you and your party are telling us the judiciary lied, but what will you say about the judgement which was in favor of APC in Osun state. Are you then telling NIGERIANS that PDP has no right to win elections based on its supporters base? The audio tape you are talking about is inconsequential and could be forged. it does not still establish the fact that an election was rigged. With the advent of technology such evidences have become very questionable. This is 21 st century where science could even upbe used to clone humans perfectly with the same DNA sequence.

Please say what you can defend and not insinuation to score political points. Even if buhari wins, he cannot remove Fayose from the governorship position.

Our conscience remains the greatest judge of human conduct. Whether or not the His Lordship pronounces him guilty depends on technicalities in litigation. Admissibility in evidence is another ground for judicial pronouncements,rulings and judgement. I am not privy to the case, so cannot comment on his Lordship's position.

However I cannot but comment on what I have seen and perceived-the tape, coupled with his life of thuggery-beating up a Judge...conclusively i'd say if that young or old man has a conscience, he'd not come out castigating Buhari as he is no better.


Finally, wait for the Supreme Court to give his verdict before you claim he is innocent of the allegations.

Are you this silly? For heaven's sake that is an APC state and the innovations there is by the "miles ahead" thinking of the Lagos govt. Infact their laws generally is something else. While others still use the Criminal Procedure Act and Criminal Procedure Code, Lagos use the Administration of Criminal Justice Laws of Lagos. Lagos is in another realm of its own.
