Next time... start from 1999

APC says $20bn NNPC funds, Renowned Audit firm PWC says its $1.2bn unremmitted funds....... yet APC scoundrels keep parading $20bn hoping it sticks

GEJ continua!!!!
Guy you try o. Every reasonable PDP agent would avoid this thread like a plaque but you decided to "walk through the valley of the shadow of death." you however failed to live up to expectation as not less than 4 persons had mentioned you and you never replied any.

Sha whether 20billion or 1.2billion or even 5naira, you would agree that money is missing. Now where the heck is our missing money?
CultureRe: Where Did Nigerians Get That Superiority Complex From? by mcquin(m): 6:59pm On Mar 15, 2015
It's our belief, it's our religion. The pride and dignity is what makes us Nigerian. Even when our brothers travel abroad they miss home because Naija is the hood, the real street.

From the palmy joint to the newspaper stand to football viewing centers; when you look at the unity in diversity; you see the true beauty of being African.

Don't hate, being superior is us,our religion and belief.

Proudly Efik
Proudly Nigerian.

Good to see that in your response, you never mentioned the 1bn matter anymore....typical APC boys. Always floating.......

It is now Stella Oduah, who transformed our airport accross the scape but not Tinubu who owns 80% of Lagos, not Amaechi who has plunged all rivers money into APC... not Aregbesola, not fashola, inshort.....you APC guys are simply no where. And these folks are Buhari's best friends...

Buhari said he has N1m and 150cows only but few days ago, the wife donated 135m ..where does the wife work?

My brother, you will be shocked that you are even better than Buhari. I am serious. More likely, you are less corrupt than Buhari, trust me.
Bros the fact that I left out GEJ's feeding budget dosen't change a thing. Several other countries I mean even doing better than us do not feed their president's with that much. If he intends cutting cost like he did in Ministry of Works budget, he knows what to do. Uruguay's president adjudged to live far short of luxurious life-style na human being. En no get 2 heads and their country is still better than ours. So what is your point.huh

Guy 1billion is too much for any one single family. That is even devoid of other allowances-furniture,travel,wardrope etc. In a country where people live under bridges. Pls be realistic.

Whether or not N.A approves of it, it doesn't take away the fact that if he is a president guided by morality and good conscience, he won't submit such for approval in the 1st place.

Not here to batter words with you or throw insults but pls be a little civil, it doesn't kill.

Thank God you admitted no one man can solve Nigeria's problem. Since we have tried jonathan and it isn't working, it's time we try another hand.

If one man cannot save Nigeria but can reduce his feeding budget from 1billion naira, stop unnecessary missing funds(20billion dollars in mind),reduce waste(Oduah's BMW in mind) etc; then we are headed somewhere.

Again receive some sense Mr grand pa and talk like a civilized educated adult that you are without throwing insults.

I will gladly accept to stand in Reuben Abati's shoe than that of Lai Mohamed who only knows how to lie; sorry, and also how to wear pampers. Do you also wear pampers? which size grin ?

I should address the issue and not Buhari? Did you read this before you submitted it?... How old are you bro? So, selelctive corruption fight is what APC is prepared to do? There is God ooooooooo

You should address all budgetary provisions to National Assembly. They are there to approve, alter or reject whatever that was submitted based on the budget indices. I am sure APC does not understand what is called Democracy.

As for your 1bn, please can you provide the cost drivers that was presented for the budget? I will gladly help you.
No one is bothered whether you would rather choose Lai Mohammed's position but so far I see Lai Mohammed is comfortable as he doesn't come out everyday trying to defend a defenceless course. The last time I checked it was Abati that got booed in Aso Rock by journalist that he almost left the podium to throw blows; not Lai Mohammed.

Now about corruption, we will be so glad if Jona can pick up Buhari on grounds of corruption with evidence; but since he has failed in his duty of fighting corruption, someone else in person of the General will take his place and try him.

Remind me who freed Alayamaisigha?,Abacha's son..under who Stella Uduah bought BMW cars, Allison Maduekwe is still stealing

OBJ, Buhari as you might want to argue selectively fought corruption buh GEJ never 4 once did; atleast selectively fighting it would be better.

Last point is, why do you lots ask irrelevant questions about one's age when you see an argument. Ok Grandpa i'm your lost 2yr old son.

Issues issues issues. How many times will we sing this for PDP to know Nigeria is not about Buhari but "issues to be dealt with."

PDP agreed to discuss issues but have continuously targeted personality

For the record BUHARI TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WRONGS OF HIS REGIME; i'm yet to see GEJ do such.

How else will Buhari apologise other than take responsibility?

No I meant "stealing is not corruption." that is the one I want him to address.

By the way, since you have replaced Reuben Abati as GEJ's spokes person, can you help GEJ explain why and which family he feeds with 1billion naira. You failed to respomd to that earlier. Now do the needful as a sane person, address the issue I just raised and not Buhari. Buhari never be president yet; so address the issues.

Bros i'm not inclined to Fayose's certificate issue. I only know him to be a thuggish talkative governor.

That said, I still insist GEJ goes to polls and test his popularity. He should attack issues, say what he has done and leave Nigerians to decide on the faith of Buhari.

You might want to agree that if Jona had done much, way above average that Nigeria becomes a world's bride, Jona will not have to talk about GMB; he will have too much to show off as an achievement.

My General pls ask our clueless leader what he meant by ordinary stealing is not corruption. And most importantly why it is at this electioneering hour he seems to be more serious with fighting BH while thousands of our brothers up north have died.

Lastly ask him if he and his family can't survive on 400million naira feeding budget. Why can't he notify the NA to cut on his feeding budget as he intends to cut down on Work's budget.

It is a good strategy, the military certainly cannot police the high level of vandalism of oil pipeline in the Niger delta. It takes one who knows the creeks and swamp route to police the vandals. You can imagine posting a naval officer from Benue state to check vandals in our creeks(am from the Niger delta). He (naval officer) knows nothing about the creeks and the many routes as well as the many pipelines that criss-cross the swamps which are in hundreds.
Good work GEJ!!!
Wat is the constutionality or otherwise ofsuch action? Does the constitution recognize Tompolo or the relevant agencies to deal with it?

Firstly, you don't firstly allow the masses to choose. You firstly ensure only qualified interested candidates contest.

Secondly, if you or the APC needs anyone to convince them that blatantly refusing to comply with the country's laid down requirements in vying for the top office is setting a bad example to the rest of the country, it is no wonder you are deeply disrespected by many and your call for change only feels like a fraud.

Thirdly, what Buhari did is clearly classified as perjury under the Nigerian penal code
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perjury_in_Nigeria#Classification_of_perjury_under_Nigerian_law
So beyond whether he had his certificate or not, his actions now get into the zone of punishable crime under the penal code.

The question is... How can we reconcile all these with his claims to be forthrigh and a man of integrity?
Niccur if your candidate believes he is popular enough, he shouldn't be bothered after all he would still win right? So get your pvc and go show how popular your candidate is, except he is scared.

Like i always say, this same GMB contested in 2011, how come your candidate never bothered about bad precedent then? Huhhuh

@bolded; U shuld seek for it..

Did he say "Persons above 70yrs use pampers", or he said most persons above 70.

Or do u also need me to tell u that the pampers in the context used was just a means to drive home the message that as u gt older, u tend to be needy and demand more attention similar to that of a baby.

Did u watch him speak?

The court is a place where evidence takes the day...
You can't go to the courts with logic and common sense and expect to win a case when u hv hard evidence staring u. Like in this case.

How do u guys reason?
Receive sense!!!

All the OP has said is the mother who is above 70 uses pampers as Fayose had earlier claimed that most persons(as you did point out) that he knows and are close to him( his mum-as common sense implies;that is if you have one) now acts as babies(as you said) needing pampers.

Fayose is known to be loud mouthed, so why try so hard to convince us he couldn't have insulted his mum.

Now to Law; go back my earlier write up and show me if I had debunked the assertion that Evidence is most important in law or if I had stated that trite law or common sense or natural reasoning takes precedence over Evidence. If you cannot point that out, then you are Fayose's younger brother and I won't want to stoop low to drag your mum into this but Fayose already did the job. As such your job is point out where I suggested commom reasoning takes precedence over Evidence or Austin's idea of law.

I'm tired of doing free advert 4 pampers by mentioning the name
You shouldn't have started the advert at all by discussing.

Whatever you heard and in whatever context he meant to put it is what he is getting.

I don't even know why clowns like you try to contextualise what he said at all. Is it not this same man that wished an elder statesman death. I won't be surprised if he wished his mum same since he has a phobia for senior citizens.

By the way next time you want to talk law or discuss points of law, I invite you to be my guest.

In this case, common or uncommon sense will take you no where.

The court as always, deals with evidence and proofs, and here, we have a solid one.
I already told you that courts do not only make use of evidence admitted in courts but also deductive reasoning and common sense to reach justice; remember it is a Temple of Justice.

Remember the Nuremburg trial? His Lordships while pronouncing judgements on soldiers who were involved in the genocide and had put up the defence of obeying superiors, resorted to sound logical reasoning and natural law. You cannot talk about law strictly so called completely independent of natural law.

Well I don't intend going into the jurisprudence of law. By the way this is not a court, as such public opinion holds sway. And to the public sound reasoning is that Fayose says his mother uses pampers.

Can common sense win you a case in court.

Did Fayose say that his mother wears diapers?
It is either yes he said it or no he didn't .

Since am nt gullible and I actually saw the program, listened and watched Gov Fayose speak. He never said that his mother wear diapers
Yes common sense does atimes, hence you hear Lawyers and Justices use the words 'trite law.'

In court you is logic and deductive reasoning. If you say persons above 70 use pampers, and your mum is above 70, then logically your mum uses pampers.

Common sense is indeed not common.

How does he intend to ensure Nigerians comply with specified requirements on all levels when he popularly failed to comply with specifications that applied to him?

How won't they make light of his efforts (or even laugh at him) when he tries to enforce compliance considering we are talking about Nigerians, whose chronic desire to cut corners in processes is well known?

1stly why not allow the masses choose btw a PH.D holder and the supposed illiterate as you call him?

Why is this supposed illiterate causing your(PDP's) camp so much heat. GEJ should simply go test his popularity against GMB now. Atleast in 2011 when GEJ enjoyed wide support, he never complained of GMB not going to school, why now?

Lastly allow the court decide whether or not GMB is setting a wrong precedent. Don't play the judge.
