Edited: It's fake. Buy Chint. Leave Schneider as only very few authentic Schneider MCB is available for sale in Nigeria. Authentic Schneider doesn't come cheap too. Got a quote for MCCB 250A for around $170. I no fit shout. The fake version retails for ₦35k in Naija

I often see things like these as reviews "Just received the package after 3 months, next time use SPEEDAF. Yet to open it, will review it after I've used it". Review done 4 months ago. Please, is there anything I need to specially do for this or anything I need to look out for.

Check Alibaba and use third party shippers for shipping. AliExpress is great for small packages purchases. Eg I made payment for an item and paid $162 with shipping from AliExpress. Same package is sold $119 in Alibaba. Imagine if I'm buying it many, it'll be in my best interest to buy in Alibaba. I know this price difference before deciding to buy in AliExpress as I don't want to contact third party shippers for an item weighing less than a kg. If I'm to ship heavy items (up to 250kg) I'll do that via third party shippers. And unfortunately, when I saw the tracking number it's following the NIPOST snail post.

Also most shipping is not handled by sellers in AliExpress, rather shipping is done by AliExpress. In Alibaba, you 100% decide who ship your package.

FYI: Be wary of people asking you to chat them up. People with useful info usually publicly shares it here

I dunno if I'm late, but with this type of load, your best bet is to get lithium battery. The lithium can tolerate 1C discharge and more. Lead acid battery can not do that and remain the same.

Please, is there a way to test for bad / fault battery in an inverter system? I noticed that my battery bars in my inverter drops from 4 bars to 3 bars immediately it stops charging or when light is taken.
The batteries are less than a week old.
Also, is there a way to confirm the genuineness or authencity of batteries?

First, check cost of screen with good reviews on AliExpress, then go to CV to check the cost of screen. If difference in price is too much, buy screen in AliExpress. If cheaper in CV, you know what to do.

Its another brand, I just used it for illustration. I didn't want to conclude that it's from the Chinese because some of our importers have a thing for over rating the capacity of inverters. Screenshot below is from techfine sales rep

There is this crazy thing most Asian inverter manufacturers do, they label an inverter one thing while the pf shows true capacity to be another. Who knows the pf of the so-called 2.5kva

This idea of using pf to name capacity is a very sneaky plot by Asian manufacturers. If your pf is 0.5, your inverter capacity should be compliant with that pf. That is why I'm very afraid to put load close to rated capacity of unknown brands as you are definitely courting damage due to overload.

Hi quick question. The growatt inverter there the manufacturer states maximum PV array input as 6000w but you have 16 550w panels which is total 8800watts isn't that too much for the inverter?

My only grouse is I never like seeing tubular batteries directly below any equipment as the gases emitted by the batteries are pretty corrosive and will corrode whatever metal it comes in contact with over time.

About 2 years ago, a friend I introduced Aliexpress to told me he saw some cheap phones with powerful specs on the platform and would like to buy them (at least 2). In fact, he already carted his choiced ones. I adviced him against it by telling him that the phones are not original but fake.

He was surprised when he heard that. Yet ,he still didn't believe me. At that point, I told him that to prove me either right or wrong, he should go to YouTube to check reviews on the particular ones he intended buying. I told him to use the YouTube search box for his findings, by typing the names of each of the phones (as dispayed on AliExpress web page) and then check the available reviews.

My friend went, did as I instructed him and then came back to confirm my statement that the phones are trully fake brands.
