odimbannamdi: In my case, I foresaw these logistics delays, plus delays in confirming my payment if I pay online, so I decided to go their office at Omole, paid there, and instructed them to deliver the panels to their office at Omole so that I can come pick up there.
Even with this seemingly simple arrangement, it still took a week for them to call me to come pickup. Fouani logistics is a nightmare. A cousin bought from them and it took 3 weeks. Those guys will kill their business with this kinda sluggish shipping. |

icon91: This is a good price for the QCY Melobuds(Ht05), i bought QCY T13 last year but the bass compared to my Soundcore Life P2 mini was small, i sold it off, currently I'm hearing good things about the QCY melobuds(ht05) & the QCY melobuds pro(ht08) and i want to buy one
Is the bass of ht05 really that great, I'm a bass head & have you compared it to like any Soundcore product(s) or any other known basshead earbuds?
How long ago did you get this & from where, i need to get either this Ht05 or the recently released Ht08 from QCY ASAP
I eagerly await your response
Thanks! I bought the QCY HT05 Melobuds and Anker P20i earbud same week. I got the HT05 from Jumia and the Anker for $17 at AE. Dunno if Jumia still sell it though now. Both was in May 2024. But I ended up using the Anker more. The reason may vary from user to user, I found out I experience more ear fatigue with QCY HT05 than the Anker P20i But the ANC feature in HT05 is lacking on the Anker P20i. Also the HT05 has a more punchier bass compared to the Anker. Though both has some awesome bass, but HT05 bass is on another level; I just wish it does not leave my ears aching after using it, which was the main reason I tend to have forgotten it in my bedroom drawer Conclusion: Go for the QCY for that hardcore bass, or go for Anker for that brighter bass and more voice clarity. Both is a good buy for the price. Bonus: But if you are in the market for a good headphone try Anker Life Q20 Hybrid Noise Cancelling Headphones it's under $50, I think it's around $45 now. |

One has to go through reviews very carefully. Mini cameras are always a scam on Temu or even AE. Best to buy known CCTV camera brand like Reolink, IMOU, EUFY etc. But they are never cheap For trimmer Kemei and lately VGR are awesome. My VGR trimmer battery lasts for three weeks of shaving. Got it for $10 which was a steal 2 years ago. |

But are you speaking from experience? Did they scam you or anyone you know?
Comments from buyers all said they got their orders.
Well, they were less expensive today in everything I saw, converting from naira to aliexpress dollar A friend in the UK bought a correct work boot from Temu for £17. Shoe is rugged and comfy. Yeah Temu do sell duds, but with adequate research and checking of reviews, there are sometimes hidden gems in there.

I need help with a good replacement for the inverter unit, installer dey say technicians dem dey talk say dem no fit fix am easily as na older model.
Epp me!
Batteries are lead, just in case. What is the capacity of the inverter? What load was on when it was damaged? What's the make and model of the inverter? It'll be hard to ascertain the issue remotely, we can only guess. Best way to fix is to get a more knowledgeable installer to come and check that there is no issue with the installation, that is if you think the current one you used is not that knowledgeable. |

Peterlove11: It actually rated 10.2kw(10.2kva with pf=1). had to check online, people complained about same rating issue. It's overated. But for its price, it's a fair bargain Most not premium Chinese inverter brands overate their systems. Some by a factor of one! This people is even conservative in their rating. That is why you see this in some of their description: Inverter 3000W, continuous power is1500W, peak power is 3000W. Recommended 1200w.
I'm like why not just state inverter is 1200w? |
Satellite TV Technology › Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by mctfopt: 9:11am On Nov 29, 2024 |
Peterlove11: I use same SMS 10.2kva inverter. My load testing shows its more of an 8.2kw inverter than the rated 10.2kw. But apart from this, Its a fair inverter that does the basic well. Like the elders advised, look into the cause of your previous inverter developing issues, this will mitigate against future occurrences If it's rated for 10.2 kva and pf is like 0.8, then the 8.2 kw is in order then. |

@tucode follow @brightk suggestion.
Inverter does not just burn .
I know. I once used one 1.5kva Luminous inverter for 8 years. Crazy thing inverter is still in service, no longer with me though.
If all connections are ok and house does not have a wiring problem, then inverter should not go bad, especially without thunderstorms as we are in dry season. |

Satellite TV Technology › Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by mctfopt: 7:50pm On Nov 27, 2024 |
Xanderone: From my own experience, dust is doing a serious number on panels during the dry season especially if you are in a place where there is untarred section of a busy road.
Once before, dust build-up on the panels have reduced charging output by as much as 30%.
Then there is this issue of hot sun in dry season, at temperatures which exceed the optimum operating temperature of those panels.
À well ventilated panel (on the underside) installation can help mitigate that heat-indicted drop in capacity Dust can drastically reduce capacity. Those near busy dusty roads are in for some crazy power reduction this period. |

dollarnaira: Most fans used in most inverters and cc are not brushless fans. PowMr fan is very very noisy not until i replaced the fan to brushless. The silence I enjoy is 90% gap. Same goes to my inverters.
You can also drop oil towards the centre of the fan. Another culprit is presence of dust. An unconventional way is to reduce the voltage of the fan via a mini regulator ( this is a bit technical though). Changing to a quieter fan works too. But their default fan is so noisy |

Kennyflyair: I never thought I would be in this kind of situation but I suspect my item was stolen by speedaf people.
I ordered for 2 earpods and one SD card. At the point of delivery, I noticed that the items I'm feeling in my hand can never be 2 earphones cos of the way it felt.
I asked the delivery guy that has the package been opened, he said I should see the way it is SEALED, that if I have any issues, I should complain to AliExpress.
On further quick inspection, I just told myself that it's probably error during packaging.
Sadly after close of the day's activities, my mind wasn't really settled concerning the package, I said let me check well if there are any loophole to get into the package and unfortunately, there is.
If you're familiar with AliExpress packaging, you'll know that they fold the nylon and place the delivery sticker to seal it from tampering. They probably got in through the fold. Cos the paper seal is still intact.
I've not opened it cos I want to make a video maybe I can get a refund.
Wetin pain me pass is the fact that, the more expensive of the buds was stolen and the cheaper one was left.
I've never experienced any item being stolen before so I don't really know how to go about it. Do video of unboxing and open dispute. I once had a $100 smart watch stolen which was routed via NIPOST. I got refunded and I bought it again and it got delivered by Speedaf. Some of these thefts may happen during custom clearance, that's long before either NIPOST or Speedaf get to see the package. |

Olamak1: Very true!
Here's is my confirmation: I discover that some stores have made moves to reduce the prices of their products in anticipation of the upcoming Black Friday sales as compared to what they were on the 11.11. How did I know that?
There's this mobile phone I planned to order during the 11.11, but because of the high price, I decided to wait till the last moment of the sales to know if I'd eventually order it or not. So, I made sure the phone is moved to 'unpaid item' list , hoping to compare the price to that of Black Friday's, and to pay for it later if the price is more favorable than that of the later sales.
When the Black Friday warm-up popped up yesterday, I checked the upcoming price of the phone, only to discover that it has gone down by $4. Chinese be playing with our intelligence |

jboixxx: Sincerely , I don't rate their price slash promos as only a few stores actually have their prices slashed. Most times, their prices are even higher than ordinary days as some stores did this 11,11 For me, only coupons usually makes the difference between promo days and ordinary days. So, no coupon, no promo!
And for real, July /August prices are mostly better than 11.11 and Black Friday deals. You have a point. Let's hope they fix the coupon thing next promo period |

osayuwamwen: Pls can i use 2 pair of 12v 100ah with 4kva inverter to power 1.5hpower submersible pump? 1.5HP submersible consumes about 1700 watts. 2 nos of 12v 100ah is about 2400wh (I'm assuming the batteries are lithium batteries). The run hours will be less than 1 hour 30 minutes. You are also draining it at a high C-rate of 75A (I'm assuming the 4kva is a 24v inverter) which is almost 1C. Unless you do this during heavy sunshine (I'm assuming you have like 3000w of solar panels) this will continuously strain your battery. Also I'm assuming the battery is wired with appropriately sized cables and have fuses and breakers of right capacity. My recommendation: consider getting a standalone solar panels + DC/AC pump to replace the current AC submersible pump, or upgrading the system to 48v and get a 48v lithium battery (from 7.5kwh upwards) to run this pump or finally to use NEPA/Gen to pump water. |

Olamak1: For items under the category of $1.99 shipping fee, but with a condition of free shipping if item(s) price amounts to $10, just add different items to your cart up to the $10 benchmark. Select all the items and you'd discover that you've now saved the $1.99 fee (meaning that all the items are now free shipping).
Thereafter, try checking out with your old card (if you have one ) but the payment would be declined. Here, all the items would be tagged "unpaid items". From the list, you can select the one you need and pay for it. This no longer work. If you try to pay they'll tell you to select the other product you want to check out. People must've used it and they blocked it. |
