The bigots yet again shamefully exposed, though some of them have no shame and would no doubt come back with more manufactured lies which hopefully would also come to naught, because the truth and good shall always prevail.

It is disappointing to note the speed at which such biased drivel quickly made NL's front page and similarly also when it comes to anti North/Islam issues but not often the case for (negative)Southern/Christian issues.SMH sad

Thank you Ghana, thank you Ghana, is that all you ppl can say?
When the immediate question should have been, who are the culprits behind this recent bunkering and how can we stop future recurrence, maybe from there we can unmask the identities of the real parasites stealing the oil rather than conveniently always pointing fingers elsewhere.

Anyway, not wanting to be easily outdone, make I join una and also say; a big thank you Ghana cheesy grin

Wow! What a bombshell and so ironic! shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

Well, if that's true then one would wonder why Southerners, who were neither responsible for putting the oil under the ground in the first place nor subsequently for bringing it out, should have the audacity to call Northerners (who apparently are by far more responsible for producing this oil wealth) parasites and lazy.

Judging from the above, then one would have to agree that the North has a genuine case for more derivation; because after all when it comes to Nigeria's oil, it seems the real owners and producers are the Northerners while the indolent and noisy remain down South - its clearly a case of the pot calling the kettle black; surely Northerners  ought to have more.

Meanwhile, all you greedy lazy Southern parasites should hang your heads in shame and henceforth STFU. cool cheesy grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

I guess you can then call it your 'LAST SUPPER' as your taste buds dramatically explode under aboki flesh and you may also be forgiven; since CANNIBALISM is apparently an integral part of Christian ritual.
Accordingly, in the New Testament, Jesus gave his disciples bread to eat and told them it was his body.  And he said the wine they were to drink was his blood. On another occasion, he explained: "Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood possesses eternal life. . . . Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood dwells continually in me and I dwell in him."

BTW, consider it as a Northern humanitarian gesture; because if we allow these greedy ppl go, with all that oil money, they'll only end up killing themselves fighting over ownership/resource control right down to village level; so how else do you think the North should protect Southerners against their own greed if not through One Nigeria. cool cool cheesy grin

So these are the only Nigerians awarded oil blocks (see selective memory, why him no name those from other regions).

Assuming that is true, then surely the North has a legitimate cause to ask for more money since it is the Northerners that are apparently responsible for producing Nigeria's oil wealth - while the Southerners are the lazy ones sitting on their arses complaining and producing nothing.

PoliticsRe: We Bombed Jos Church - Boko Haram by MeAboki(m): 3:43am On Feb 28, 2012
There is real Boko Haram and Fake Boko Haram and this one certainly sounds fake to me, e.g. the reference to putting ppl 6ft in the ground sounds more Christian than Muslim (who bury their dead in much shallower graves); not to talk of the improbability of Abu Qaka apparently having time off from his police custody cell and having the said purported telephone conference with journalists.
Haba, who are they kidding, so amateurish, they could at least try to be more intelligent and creative with their manufactured LIES.
PoliticsRe: Worshippers Kill Suspectedfleeing Church Bomber by MeAboki(m): 3:47am On Feb 27, 2012
@kobojunkie:
No need to be confused, going by the tribune story, the scenario is as follow:

BH used two vehicles; a fake military (lead) vehicle followed closely by the actual bomber(s) vehicle.

The church gate was being manned by JTF men, who were easily fooled by the first vehicle and mistakenly allowed it access along with the bomber(s).

Angry crowd immediately after the explosion suspected complicity on part of the JTF men and therefore descended on them, killing at least one.

Seems to me like a case of mistaken identity, where an innocent man might have been killed (along with 3 others). It wouldn't even surprise me if the lynched soldier turns out not be a Hausa-man or Muslim.
This reminds me of the recent reprisal attacks against Hausas in Onitsha on account of the killing of an Igbo bus driver by a Northern policeman, who later turn out to be non Hausa, but in fact a Tiv man and a Christian.

Some Christians are in denial, just as some couldn't believe their Berom brothers were cannibalizing their Muslim victims, shocking isn't it.
Well, for the doubting Thomas's here is a picture of the suspects and the type of explosive they intended to use against the church; by coincidence (or design) a branch of the same (COCIN) church HQtrs bombed in Jos on the same day.

BTW, this is not the first time Christians have been caught red handed attempting/attacking churches with similar intent.

PoliticsRe: Blast In Jos: Christian Youths Lynch Two Muslim Okada Riders To Death by MeAboki(m): 11:36pm On Feb 26, 2012
They may be taking revenge against the wrong people because there is a strong possibility that the bombers could be Christians, just like the 9 Christians caught red handed trying to bomb their own in Bauchi, which by coincidence happens to be a branched of the same (COCIN) church HQtrs that was bombed in Jos, on the same day.
The story has been already carried by Saharareporters and other fringe media; but as usual the main media houses are less eager to publicize the story, probably because it does not meet the expected profile - and their apparent anti North/Muslim agenda.

PoliticsRe: Christians Caught Attempting To Bomb Cocin Church In Bauchi by MeAboki(m): 10:47pm On Feb 26, 2012
I’ve said before and I’ll say it again: There is the real BH and the fake Boko Haram; and conspiracy to give Islam and the North in general, and specifically Hausa-Fulani Muslims a bad name. Evidently, the lopsided/ biased reporting of ethno-religious violence in Nigeria by the largely Southern/Christian dominated press is not helping matters in this regard at all.

Currently, Christians in Jos are taking reprisal attacks against innocent Muslims, while at the same time here in NL (in another thread) we are also witnessing similar vitriol against Muslims, all courtesy of seemingly effective reporting of the church bombing by the press; yet the same press is less effective in conveying/exposing the capture of these 9 Christians attempting to bomb their own church.
It will be interesting to see whether this thread would equally also make the front page - like the negative ones against Muslims quickly do.
What is further more interesting is the fact that the bombing attempt was against a branch of same (COCIN) church (HQtrs) bombed the same day in Jos by alleged Boko Haram – the question now remains; could this bombing be credited to the real BH or fake Boko Haram; could it also be part of the conspiracy, just like the failed attempted church bombing by Christians in Bauchi, to frame Islam and Muslims to give them a bad name.

BTW, this is not the first time Christians have been caught attempting/ attacking churches with such intent.

By Aliyu Tilde & Sani Tukur
Nine bombers, believed to be christians, were apprehended this morning when they attempted to bomb a COCIN church at Miya Barkate, 20 kilometres along Jos-Bauchi Highway in Bauchi State.
The suspected bombers are Lamba Goma, Filibus Danasa, Joshua Ali, Danjuma Sabo, Joseph Audu, Simon Gabriel, Bulus Haruna, Yohanna Ishaya and Daniel Ayuba (who was the immediate past Secretary of PDP at Tilden Fulani Ward, Toro LGA, Bauchi State).
The suspects are members of the same COCIN church, Unguwar Rimi, a new and small Christian settlement between Tilden Fulani and Shere Hills. The suspects who were thoroughly beaten by the public were rescued by police and then detained at the Toro Divisional Police Division before they were transferred to Bauchi State Police Command, Bauchi.
At about the same time this morning in the neighbouring Plateau State, a bomb explosion was reported at the headquarters of the same COCIN church during a Sunday service. The number of casualties are not certain. The pastor of the targeted COCIN Church in Bauchi is Ishaya Izam, who recently arrived on posting from the Cocin headquarters in Jos, which was bombed this morning.
It is not clear if the two bombings are related. A statement on the event in Bauchi state is yet to be issued by the Police.

Spokesperson of the Bauchi State police command, Hassan Mohammed, confirmed the incident but said he would only provide details later.
"The suspects are in the police headquarters but we give full details after investigators have ascertained the full situation could not be reached for comments," Mr. Mohammed said.

@BlackPikin, Fagge a ghost town! shocked You must be joking or have never been to Kano, let alone Fagge; otherwise you wouldn't be making such a false statement.
For goodness sake, if you have to lie pls make up something that is at least passable/believable.
Igbos living in Fagge, if any at all, may not add to more than 10 in number (thats even a wild estimation) - they just don't settle there.
The figure of 500,000 is an obvious exaggeration; in fact, you'd hardly notice any visible change in Igbo presence even Sabon Gari, the main settlement area for Igbos in Kano, talk less of an area in which they do not even constitute 0.5%.

In any case, we welcome this development and wish more would follow, let them go; enough of the blackmail and insults, nobody will miss them.

Good development, let them go and leave us with our Almajiri nation so they'll no longer have any more reason to blackmail us or insult the North and religion of Islam.
In fact this idea of splitting the country doesn't seem so bad after all; let it begin now, let everybody find his square root and go back to his fatherland and develop at their own pace according to their own value system. No big deal really.

knotty:
hey Aboki, hold it there.
When clans in Ebonyi decided to decimate one another, nobody called the north into it.
But when you make ethnic cleansing trans-nationality
, be sure people will cry out.
Life is precious across whatever borders. But don,t expect others to define its sanctity for you when you don't value yours.
So much big grammar yet no more different than the others in error before him.

The thread is clearly about Boko Haram killings in relation to the mainstream press seeming selective responsiveness to when only certain ethnicity and religious followers are affected.

Unfortunately, your reference to ethnic cleansing in the North (which still presupposes certain ethnic groups are being targeted) goes a long way to uphold the above view and to further suggest that the Nigerian press (which as we all know is primarily owned and dominated by the Christian South) is largely responsible for shaping the thoughts and minds of today's youths (such as yours) into bigots by feeding them distorted information in line with a political agenda - a.k.a. propaganda.
