bethnals: yes i think certainlly USA is 'freerer' than UK and has always been. if you check history you will see why many people left UK to hustle and come to USA where there was freedom from taxes etc and laws. Thats some of the reason they sought indpedence from King George!

However some places in USA is becoming like UK fast e.g. New York city with law after law tax after tax. Theres people there hustling on $7 an hour, full blooded americans when rent is like $700 a month!

Poor New Yorkers hehehehe. They shud move over to Wichita, KS . With $700 u cud get a 2 bedroom apt in a nice location. Downside: Not as exciting as the bigger cities but its affordable and conservative if ure a republican hhehehehehehehe

Is it just me or I see more British born Nigerians moving back to Nigeria vs. US born Nigerians.

The US is more tolerable and more conducive environment to leave in. I don't think you could ever pay me enough to leave in UK.
The taxes are moderate in the State compared with the UK and although there is no universal health plan, work in a decent environment and you get a good health plan.

Nutella Brownie

* a jar of nutella
* 2 eggs
* 10 tbsp flour

bake in 350 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes and viola a decadent dessert

Local Rice
* 1 Cup rice
* 2 tbsp. palm oil
* Crayfish
* Onions
* salt and pepper to taste
* smoked fish
* scent leaves (for garnish)

Boil and wash rice. Combine all ingredients in a pot leaving out the smoked fish and scent leaves. Cook until rice is almost done. Add ur washed smoked fish and cook until rice is done. Plate and garnish with scent leaves.

Ok so its technically more than 5 ingredients but in my defense all food has to be seasoned so i don't consider salt and pepper as ingredients to be listed

I bake cake but not ur ordinary cake and I had a girl order cake balls for her husband. He absolutely loved it.

I don't see anything wrong with it. My fiance is addicted to cake and he wouldn't mind a decadent cake as a vals gift.

Don't use sand, u won't want sand getting into ur baked goods. Take a bag of salt and line the bottom of a pot that covers well (this is important so u trap the heat inside the pot). Place stones in the pot after layering with salt so u can place your cake tin or whatever on top. Placing ur pan directly in the pot will cause it to burn. Before baking, heat for at least 30 mins. to get it well heated.

My mom has baked meat pie inside the local oven before and it came out nice. If your recipe calls for a bake time of 30 mins,u can add an additional 5 mins or remove 5 mins from your bake time. Just make sure u don't open it too early if u bake cake with it

I use it to bake cake and it comes out perfectly.

Here are some muffins I baked in the local oven. Came out fantastic. U will never know the difference.
