I finally get what u were asking. I guess the word ball.s was censored hahahahaha. A dozen cake ball goes for 2500 for non-alcoholic and 3500 for alcoholic (margarita, baileys or wine cake ball. Its free delivery if you are in Abuja. |
Please can anyone recommend a good cocoa powder brand to use in my chocolate cakes and other chocolate related baked goods. I always have my sister bring some with her when she comes visiting but my stash is quickly dwindling. Thanks for your help. |
What are cake spheres? Excuse my ignorance ![]() |

I have a friend who is in need of a birthday cake for her 1 year old daughter. She's working with a tight budget and needs it tomorrow (Friday) is it possible? |
Geez I can't remember the brand name. Sorry |
Are you in abuja? Then you can get it at Amigos store. They sell dark, milk and white. |
Ok. Thanks |
hi Dreams, how long does a Swiss Meringue BC keep for? |

Please I need ur helps ![]() I make buttercream icing yesterday and it came out very grainy. As in u can still taste the sugar. I used icing sugar and bit the butter until fluffy. But I can't seem to understand why the icing came out grainy. Has anyone experienced this before? |
This quote by Lao Tzu comes to mind after reading thru everyone's post Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is Enlightenment. I'm in no way cordoning her actions but from what i get from this story is that the OP truly didn't know herself as much as she claims she did. I guess everyone should calm down and really take a moment to evaluate ourselves. How much do we really know ourselves. Again Never say Never. |
Thanks for your help. I was fortunate to come across a similar thread and forwarded the info of the social welfare office to my friend. I hope they can be of assistance. In the meantime debrief08 if you come across this, I tried to make contact thru PM. Thanks. |
Thank you. |
I'm sorry for posting but I need your kind assistance. I'm looking for an NGO in Abuja that can help young people with unwanted pregnancies (if such an organization exists). She is 3 months along and needs help. With the current stigmatization that young women face in our society, she is in a very delicate situation coupled with the fact that she does not want her parents to find out. Please your assistance will be greatly appreciated. |
The same along Kubwa express. So senseless people intentionally putting their lives at risk. I've only noticed two pedestrian bridge in Kubwa that's actually utilized - Galadinma and the bridge before Galadinma. |
I would say that the eggs coupled with the 3tsp baking powder appears too much. If I'm not mistaken, egg adds volume. So if u r using that much eggs I would suggest u reduce the baking powder to 1/2 tsp and maybe add 1/2 tsp baking soda. That's my opinion let's see what others have to say. |
I'm not sure where to place this but its information that can help. They have 2 hotline # to report an accident: 122 and 0700CALLFRSC.this is for Abuja. Takes them 15 mins from when you place the call to get to you any where in Abuja |
^^^ pls tell me ur kidding? Haba and see me thinking that no network can be as bad as MTN. Anyway its 3 months for me to test it out. But Lord knows I'm never gng back to MTN. They are the worst of them all. |
I just ported my MTN number to etisalat. I have to say it was the easiest process ever (unlike the usual nigeria gara gara). Off course MTN was having a difficult time letting go but I finally got it done and etisalat was very good at following up every day. The only thing u have to do is fill out a single form and provide a form of ID shikena. Took me less than 30 minutes to complete. And it takes them anywhere from an hour to 48 hrs to port the number. I'm now a proud etisalat customer. Yea me!!!! |
Oh really? I'll have to go check it out. Thanks a bunch. |
wow!! these mods are seriously doing their job. How about including the name of the blog in your signature. That might help. |
munagi: I don't like nzu but what I can't get out of my head is the flat type of nzu. I have tried all my best to stop eating it, I just can't stop. Please any doctor in the house. Help!OMG do u mean ulo ( I think that's the spelling. I absolutely love it and addicted to it. My bf and mom absolutely hate it when I buy it. I've been craving it since. Funny enough, cheese happens to be the only thing that can cut thru the cravings hehehehe. Guess I'll settle for the ulo instead. It's less expensive. |
chinig: Cn I use a microwave oven T̶̲̥̅̊♡ bake a cake? It's possible to bake a full cake but I won't personally suggest u do so. However, u can bake a single serving cake in your microwave in a jiffy. Here is a true and tested receipe by urs truly. I found the recipe online. Chocolate Cake http://www.instructables.com/id/5-minute-Chocolate-Cake/ Author:scoochmaroo My fan page Intro: 5-minute Chocolate Cake There are a lot of cake-in-a-mug recipes out there, but I've taken the time to experiment with eight variations on a a recipe to come up with the best, tastiest, and most reliable 5-minute chocolate cake on the web. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed! Step 1: Supplies microwave! coffee mug 4 tablespoons flour - make sure you measure it right - or the cake is a lie! 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 2 tablespoons whisked egg - 1 egg is too much, 1 egg white is too eggy, 1 yolk is too dense, but 2 tblsp is just right! 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips splash vanilla or other flavoring - try peppermint or cinnamon For a fudgier version, omit egg! Step 2: Mix your ingredients Add all of the dry ingredients to the mug and mix. Add the egg and combine well. It gets pretty pasty at the point. Stir in milk and oil. Add chocolate chips* and splash of vanilla. Stir well. *if you don't have chocolate chips, try a broken up candy bar - I can't stress how much this amps the awesomeness of your cake Step 3: Nuke It! Microwave for 3 minutes in a 1000w oven, or 4 minutes in a 700w oven. It will start to crown over the top of the mug. Don't panic! It will collapse once the heat stops. This has been tried and tasted. Actually tastes like brownies. The key is to monitor so that the cake doesn't burn. Highly recommend |
this is how an address to a should look like. http://abujachowspot..com/ notice the name of the blog before the . Urs seems to lack that which is why we can't access it. To put it another way, what is the name of ur blog? |
Hey do u know where I can get corn syrup. I've been looking for it all over the supermarkets and there seems to be no substitute for it. The last time I made caramel, it came out grainy because I didn't have the corn syrup to stabilize it. Or do u have a substitute for corn syrup? |
@ OP u need to check the link u posted because its incorrect. There shud be the name of ur blog before the . Try doing a copy and paste from the website itself. |
