GreetMe:I take 2 tablets at once for my allergies and getting better sleep. Side effects come with high dose like 3 tablets at once. If you take 1, you will not likely notice any side effects except mild dryness of the mouth you can just increase fluid intake. 1 Like |

SweetKay3:Men are very unpredictable. To one of my colleagues it was just complexion issues. He just broke up I told him this is immature. On your own case local man probably wants some things out of life as a married man and do not think you can fit in. He is being immature by not communicating these feelings. Best u can do is to connect to someone else. Don't be hard on urself pls. U sound like a lovely person that truly cares. Your circadian rhythm has been altered brotherly. If you get to sleep at all, then you're healthy. You can change it to what it used to be before the war but will take time. Set a permanent sleeping time say 9 pm and stick to it. Once it's 9, put off ur phone and tele or computer and lie on ur bed. You can help ur body by using one tab piriton around 8 pm. Lay on that bed and don't get up till day break. Make it a habit. Do not be taking the drug every night but say once in 3 nights. I used to feel this way before I got a job so I was also having allergy issues in my new environment so I used the drug every night and became alright. 1 Like |

This washing pant of a thing is being overrated. To be frank it's not a sign of weakness on the part of the man in it's entirety but it has a great tendency of being misinterpreted in a relationship. I once ironed a pantie and what happened was my partner spent the night after a visit and a timeout with my play station 3 which she's very good at. Before she knew it time was against and she couldn't go home again. She washed this piece of clothing hoping it will dry by morn. The next morning the piece was still wet so while she was in the shower I placed it on the board to iron it. She came out and saw what I was doing and laughed. I could guess it was romantic. She thinks I'm mean, strict and very no nonsense which is true but here am I doing this in her widest imagination. Truth is if your partner thinks you're weak, insecure and then you go on to do this, it may backfire and make you an object to be manipulated. 1 Like |
