I don't think the bank can freeze anyone's account because a creditor is trying to get his/her money back unless the creditor has legal documents to support his/her claims.

next time, just tell the person to ignore giving the person begging anything... don't involve devil or anything religious or spiritual...

if a person borrows money from a bank and doesn't pay, the person's collateral will be taken from him/her or the person will be arrested. the person begging has already created a problem for the person lending by not paying on time...

if you own a company and people are buying your products/services on credit and when that credit lapses they don't pay, your company will crumble... now change it from a company to life, some people's life have crumbled because the person they borrowed money did not pay back the money.

I have never had any issue of police or court all my life because I mind my business but I am about to tow that line to at least teach someone a lesson.

It is about funds that I lend someone that I thought is a friend for his child's need because he desperately needed it. He was all over my social media accounts looking for me.

Now, he has decided that he will not give me back that money, He said so. I will like to go legal to have his ALL HIS bank account frozen, get him to at the police station. Is it possible to have his bank account frozen?

I need advice from everyone who understand the Nigerian legal system...

While I can't speak for federal govt agencies, a lot of other organizations do not require fslc for employment. The primary purpose of fslc in my opinion, is to estimate your age, but this is stated in the waec certificate thus making it unnecessary. The argument of- 'did u fly to secondary school' does not hold water. U wouldn't have gained admission to sec sch if u were unfit for it, and u certainly wouldn't have passed waec to progress into university.

@ Op: I suggest u submit ur application without the fslc. The irregularities in dates should be enough grounds to disqualify u so why provide it.

I left ota by 5:30am and got to passport office by 7:00am. I had to wait until 8:00am before i was allowed in.we were asked to write our names on the visitor's log book. I wrote servicom as the place i was going to and they insisted i write the name of the officer i wanted to see.
I told them that i didnt know the name of anyone and they said i won't be allowed it until i write down the name of the officer whom i want to meet.

I entered when they were distracted by the crowd that was gathering at the time. When i got to servicom, i was asked again the name of the person i came see. Hian!! Shey person no fit enter govt office without knowing someone? I told them i wanted to see the person in servicom and also wanted to submit my documents for fresh passport application. I was given a form and fill and then directed to another man to assess my document.

He took my documents upstairs for the DSC or DSO approval, but he wasnt around till 11am because he was in a meeting. Later i started seeing files moving in and out of the office and people names where called while mine wasn't.

I went back to the man downstairs who took my document for approval to help me check if it has been approved. He came back and told me it has been approved but i guess snice my case was self documentation the officers in charge refused to take my document for verification and interview.

The man helped me and ensured that i was called for verification and interview. By 1:30pm i was done with capturing. The date for collection on the confirmation slip is monday 16th.
