I concur with the part that the FG needs to focus primarily on both the health and education sector respectively. But coming to think of it, how many of their children school home? A very little percent if any at all: so why will they care? They are more concerned in using (as they say) billions in renovating few offices in Aso Rock and the National Assembly, cutting grasses, increasing the take-home amounts of the legislatures and siphoning more of the national cake and you ask them to stop? For men many stays because they have initially been the bread winner of the family and have been going out to work and bring in the bread. He only needs to employ a dedicated person to help the woman in his absence at an affordable salary until the woman recovers enough strength to be independent.

It's already 2 years and the husband can't go to work not to talk of bringing money. He can't perform on bed and she has been the one doing the cleaning of all his mess.

The most annoying thing is that the family members of the husband despite being okay financially failed to help the family. Now she planning to either stay with the man and have a cuncubine outside or leave the man outrightly.

Which do you advise?

NB: They just gave to a child and she's still young. On the way, if she leaves the man, he may not see someone that will take care of him like she used to do.

This is not exactly so. One can select western union option to defer payment and the reference number will be generated immediately. Whenever you are ready to pay, just simply select card option and pay with your card. I did this severally and it worked.

However, WES will not acknowledge the receipt of any document you send until they receive payment.
