The water is pumped into the sand filled portion of the foundation to further loosen up the soil and as the water seeps into the ground,gravity also pulls the sand down thereby compacting it.

You'll see that after a while, the level of the sand drops due to this compaction, you then repeat the process till the whole foundation becomes filled.After this, you can then use the compactor to get a very compact job.

The low level of rice production we have in Nigeria ensures that if the FG hits the market with say, 50 billion naira at once to buy rice, and knowing the govt corruption, this'll be at at any price,traders will fall over themselves to give them from existing stock.
This ensures that if you cannot buy at the govt buying price, you walk away.
That's the idea of too much money chasing too few goods.

Hasn't anyone considered the facts that the FG and (likely) some states are buying up the available rice to either share as palliative or sell for 40k?
We are in the rice planting season which means no new stock in the market. Too much money chasing too few goods will ALWAYS result in price inflation anytime, any day.

Add in low yields this year and insecurity, you'll get your answer.

Alot of corrupt and unjust practices in the military is very bad.
Alot of soldiers are in gautdrooms for years has we speak without court martial trials.

He has been taken for a "general court martial" and, according to his wife, he refused to utter a word during the first process and was taken back to detention. She even said his colleagues were calling her and begging her to tell him to talk during the next sitting. She said he agreed but later changed his mind and still was mute during the second sitting.

It's obvious the officer wants to "TREAT HIS FVCK UP" but... Stubbornness.

How do you manage the iron rods considering the fact that the bulk of what's in the market today is substandard? eg10mm rods that end up being 8.5mm when measured.

A 300sqm(area) sloping roof with a height of 12 feet will use less materials than one that is 14feet high but the materials will be more than a FLAT roof of same area.The height actually has increased the area to be covered

Eg 2.
If Your roofing is one that has a simple design without many valleys,it will need less materials to make as well as save you a lot of cutoffs compared to one that has plenty valleys and throughs.

Like he said,this kind of estimate is best done AT THE SITE by a professional, preferably by either the roofing sheet company rep or the carpenter that will do the roofing.

Even that independence day flying sef will be too expensive....The cost of rehearsals alone will be something else.

For context, Six planes flying a minimum 3 hours per day will hit 90 hours combined flight time in 5 days. That's a WHOOPING 1,350,000 dollars or 1.88 BILLION NAIRA minimum spent on rehearsals for the independence day air show for ONLY THE A 10.

Fact is, NIGERIA CAN'T AFFORD THIS AIRCRAFT.

Comparing plane (A 10 WARTHOG)that costs FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) of Uncle Sam's dollars(TWENTY POINT NINE MILLION NAIRA) per hour to operate with one(SUPER TUCANO) that costs ONE THOUSAND,FIVE HUNDRED dollars(TWO MILLION,NINETY ONE THOUSAND NAIRA) per hour to operate in todays Nigeria?

Imagine what it would cost the Nigerian Air Force to rack up just 2,000 flight hours on a Warthog...(whispers 41.9 BILLION NAIRA(30 MILLION DOLLARS).
The operational costs alone should be enough to dead this talk.

Why can't I find any public explanation of their shifting stance? Last, in the absence of opinion survey data, what is your sense of public opinion on the issue?
