oyebanji44: ![]() Are you saying Zik franchised almajiris into SW? |
Area4Area:Precisely! Plus their stewpidity at trying to save Air Peace...what from I dont know! It's they call themselves world body but lack intellectual capacity to think through the facts and in response highlight more facts. They just exploded with thrash! |
Esseite:Invictus is your best banner-boy for a criminal entrepreneur. Onyema is known to have dubious source for his wealth...going as far back 2012. His own brothers in SS he duped cried out. EFCC will charge you to court and hope they can win the case. FBI does not operate like that. FBI does not hope to win...but they hope their indictee plea bargain before trial and so become a tool in their hand to use in spreading their network of reconnaisance. When FBI indict you, baring any technical missteps, your conviction is sealed! |
Area4Area:Air Peace is not at all indicted....but vuvuzelas have flooded internet, egged on by their Igbo world bodies, and fooled to make noise riot about Air Peace being targeted. |
kettykin:What was in the bullion van? Bullion vans, like I said, can transport anything that can be compromised by laxity in security. There is a risk assessment attached to the value of goods. You use insurance to cover that risk. He could have been handing out gifts of high value and if in the judgement of the insurance underwriter bullion van is best way to get them to destination, then by God, thats how the shipment and delivery will be made. So what was in the bullion van, do you know? |
Esseite:So why not follow that example and do same for Onyema? Why the "our son" noise on social media? |
Esseite:In fact, it should be other way around. Those with more people in representation should be the models for those with far less. There is a culture of criminality and world Igbo bodies claiming for authority of representation should address it. There is no reason any Igbo body should speak as these people spoke in the article. You make a ridicule of your ethnic group with such responses in public. They said enemies of Ibo are behind this charge against Onyema. Were enemies of Ibo behind the Anglican Pastor that goes around robbing capital assets that the society depend on for communications? Were enemies of Ibo behind Invictus Obi defrauding Americans to the tune of 11million dollars? Una no get sense! |
Esseite:The basis of my argument is self-marginalization by Ibos. Is Onyema Nigerian son or Ibo son? Yorubas do not care about "our son", do crime and face the music. We already provided an avenue for that through family name and omoluabi ethos, anyone that deviates has himself to blame and Yoruba will not stand up for anyone straddling the edge when the law comes for them. We will raise our voices in defense of the defensible. I believe I speak for majority of Nigerians. This is why we have not heard from Ejiro people as we have from Ibo. So if Onyema is Nigerian then he must be treated as other Nigerians are treated in similar cases....allow the law to take its course. But if you want to use "our son":....then his airline must also be "our airline business". So na wetin concern Nigerians with Air Peace? You are yet to answer if Air Peace is indicted. |
Jakpon:They are in Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines, Cambodia, USA...chopping beans like kirikiri business. ![]() |
kettykin:What do you call unauthorized movement of money against cbn policy? Are you aware bullion vans move money for Bureau de Exchange? Matter of fact, bullion vans operators are private business and their job is to move assets, not only cash. If you have, say 500 cellphones you want to hand out as gifts at a rally, or even a party....and you consider security as an issue, you can contract bullion van to move it for you. There is nothing illegal in movement of money so long it is trackable and has transparent records of accountability. Did Tinubu's movement have records? If they do he did nothing wrong....and just to be sure, he does not have to disclose it to public. |
Esseite:Allow the law to take its course. There is no need for any Igbo world body to start crying "he is our son", she is our daughter" everytime one of you voluntarily walk into crime zone. Nobody ran away after Obasanjo finished his administration. Go and look at the list of run aways from Jonathan administration and see where they are from. Compare with those in the same administration that were honored by their home country. Why is Ngozi a run away but Adesina is honored? Why is Diezani a run away but Omobola is honored? There are two people indicted, it is Onyema and Ejiroghene. Why are Ejiro people not disturbing Nigerians with noise? Abi Ejiro no be somebody pikin? Who needs Air Peace? Did Nigeria not survive before Air Peace? Will Nigeria collapse if Air Peace shuts down? In fact, is Air Peace indicted? No. Onyema should hire lawyers to represent him in America...and he better not miss court date. America is not Nigeria. They will indict their own President....so who is a nobody running airline in Nigeria to them? They dont care! |
The apex sociocultural Igbo group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, youth wing has said that the governors of the south east and the National Assembly members, as well as political leaders should be blamed for the increasing marginalization, poverty and hunger in the zone. The National President of the group, youth wing, Mr. Igboayaka, made this known while addressing journalists in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital. He stated further that 75% of marginalization and hunger the people of the zone faced were caused by Igbo leaders, who according to him, give little or no attention to the people’s demands. Igboayaka, however, tasked Igbo leaders to rise up to their responsibilities and take positive measures to ensure that the seaports in Igbo land are opened, adding that such would pave way for more development in the region “We are being marginalized by our brothers and our sisters, we are being marginalized by those that are representing us at the Senate, House of Reps as well as the governors. They should wake up to their responsibilities. That is why I said that 75% of the marginalization in Igbo land is caused by our leaders, they should sit up. “There is hunger in the land, they should create the enabling environment for us to survive. If we have a seaport now that is in full operation, you will see that the level of unemployment would be taken care of. Is it Buhari that would talk about seaport for us? No, it is our governors, our senators that should start making it an issue. And you can see the economic value of seaport. “We say we are being marginalized by the north, look at the population of Ndigbo, do you know that Ndigbo constitutes 42% of the population of this country? And you are saying that you are being marginalized by Fulani that is not up to 7million. “We have up to 120 million of Ndigbo living in this country. And you are telling me that people that are 7 million are marginalizing us. It is unacceptable, we need to sit up and that is why I’m mobilizing the youths so that we can transform our population into a political capital,” he reiterated. He stated further that, Igbo presidency will not solve the problems going on in the South East zone; “after all, the South has produced a president for six years, but the problem of an Igbo man is not president, but good representative l. For us to have modern rail way, for us to have industrial gas pipeline . “These are the problems that when they are solved, we will all benefit from it. So anybody that is saying that the problem of Ndigbo is to produce a president is lying. The problems of Ndigbo are these things that I have touched. We need a seaport and that is fundamental. ”We can have a president for more than 8 years, still we will continue to live in abject poverty. But if we have a good representative, our economy will improve,” he said. https://dailypost.ng/2019/11/05/blame-our-governors-n-assembly-members-for-increased-hunger-in-southeast-ohanaeze/ |
This is supposed to be an Igbo world body spewing such thrash. No fact, no background just a load of crap and disjointed anecdotes. This is how they feed falsehoods to their vuvuzelas on social media and cause noise riot. mmmtccheeew...! |
Ogbako-Igbo Worldwide, an Igbo body has claimed that the United States allegation of fraud linking the Managing Director of Air Peace airline, Allen Onyema, was the handiwork of enemies trying to pull down businesses owned by Igbo in the country. This was contained in a press statement signed by the group’s National President, Dr. Vitalis Ajumbe and Secretary, Chief Mike Ejezie, which was made available to newsmen on Thursday morning. They recalled that it was the same drama that played out some time with Innoson motors and Ibeto Cement compaines owned by the Igbo. It will be recalled that US State Department of Justice(DoJ), in a statement posted on its website last week, said Air Peace Chief of Administration and Finance, Ejiroghene Eghagha, has also been charged with bank fraud and committing aggravated Identity theft in connection with the scheme. Reacting, Onyema said all money transferred to the US went through the CBN, adding that the allegations were false and were in no way in line with his character as a person and as a businessman. However, Ogbako-Igbo also in the statement, alleged that Onyema’s trouble started when he helped to repatriate stranded Nigerians in the period of South Africa Xenophobic attacks and that such gesture could be of advantage in the 2023 politics. The statement which read partly stated that, “This allegation has been denied severally by Mr. Onyema as according to him, he never defrauds any bank. He never defrauded any person. That what he did was purely business transactions. Those who are insinuating fraud case against Mr. Onyema are enemies of the Ndigbo who again, want to pull down any thriving Igbo business. “We guess he drew trouble to himself when he evacuated the stranded Nigerians in South Africa. This rose his profile and jealousy stepped in. Some politicians in Nigeria thought he may have interest in politics come 2023 as the Igbos are clamouring for President. “While some gave it their own interpretation. So, they must cut his wings before he files. This, we believe, is what is playing out in all these allegations against Mr. Onyema. Severally, Igbo business interests have been targeted in order to ruin our economy, but unfortunately, the harder they come, the harder Igbos survive. Recall that Ibeto Cement case, which crashed the price of bags of cement how he was targeted and nearly destroyed. Innoson motors were also targeted”. https://dailypost.ng/2019/11/28/igbo-business-interests-being-targeted-in-nigeria-southeast-group-claims/ |
