Anyone knows who this lady is? They say she's mentally unstable but not aggressive and has been wondering with a baby boy who is just a few months old, around Adekanbi Taylor street just by Modupe round about, in Oke-ira Ogba. She can't remember her name but says her baby's name is Promise and she's from Edo state. See more pics after the cut...

She has been roaming around the street and its environs for two days now and residents are scared for the baby, as its really cold to be sleeping out. They have helped with clothes and food but feel it's best to remove the lady from the streets.

If you know her, or know any NGOs/social welfare that deal with situations like this, please she's still on that street.

A residential one-storey building in Abule Egba, has been razed by a raging inferno.

The fire incident took place at 10b, Karonwi street Abule-Egba, on Sunday evening.

No casualty has thus far been reported from the building, which is located behind Mobil petrol station in the area.

Officials of the fire service are presently working to quell the inferno.

Popular Nollywoood Actor and producer Femi Branch was recently charged to Ikeja Magistrate court for issuing a dud cheque of 1.5 Million Naira to De Santo hotel in Ikeja Lagos, a source has disclosed.

According to the source, the popular Yoruba actor issued the dud cheque to the hotel after staying in the hotel facility for months. The management of De Santo hotel lodged a complaint with the police, and pronto Femi was picked up.

He was later charged to Ikeja magistrate court on November 20 where he was granted bail on self recognition and the bail amount was 500,000 Naira.

The court also ruled that the accused should be remanded in Kirikiri prison pending when he fulfills his bail condition and it took some weeks before he could fulfill his bail condition just in time for the Best of Nollywood award that took place in Ondo State that he Femi was one of the compere, the source stated. The case was adjourned to the 6th of January 6 2016. You know say na jeje person go mind her business and them go send mail with evidence. Lol

Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter and former EUFA president Michel Platini, have been banned from football for eight years after the FIFA Independent ethics Committee said the pair's 'defence wasn't convincing enough'.. Read FIFA's Official statement released this morning after the cut;

''The adjudicatory chamber of the Ethics Committee chaired by Mr Hans Joachim Eckert has banned Mr Joseph S. Blatter, President of FIFA, for eight years and Mr Michel Platini, Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of FIFA and President of UEFA, for eight years from all football-related activities (administrative, sports or any other) on a national and international level. The bans come into force immediately.''

''The proceedings against Mr Blatter primarily related to a payment of CHF 2,000,000 transferred in February 2011 from FIFA to Mr Platini. Mr Blatter, in his position as President of FIFA, authorised the payment to Mr Platini which had no legal basis in the written agreement signed between both officials on 25 August 1999. Neither in his written statement nor in his personal hearing was Mr Blatter able to demonstrate another legal basis for this payment.''
'' His assertion of an oral agreement was determined as not convincing and was rejected by the chamber.

''The evidence available to the adjudicatory chamber in the present case was not sufficient to establish, to the extent required, that Mr Blatter sought the execution or omission of an official act from Mr Platini within the meaning of article 21 paragraph 1 of the FIFA code of Ethics (Bribery and corruption).''

Mr Blatter’s actions did not show commitment to an ethical attitude, failing to respect all applicable laws and regulations as well as FIFA’s regulatory framework to the extent applicable to him and demonstrating an abusive execution of his position as President of FIFA, hence violating article 13 of the FCE (General rules of conduct).''

The Chairman, Mr. Tony Elumelu expressed his joy at the realization of the initiative and reassured viewers that by being online, Red TV will increase the access of Africa’s youth to entertainment, information and inspiration.

While speaking, Zeb Ejiro acknowledged the significant contributions UBA has made to the sustainable development of the Nigerian film and entertainment industry over a period exceeding two decades. He expressed his excitement at launch of the online TV channel noting that the future of TV is digital and the future of Africa is her youth.

Red TV is yet another initiative by UBA, consistent with its drive for innovation and contribution to the development of Africa.

The Lagos State Safety Commission has shut the multi-billion multi-national shopping outlet, Shoprite located at the Ikeja Shopping Mall, Ikeja, Lagos, for allegedly breaching safety law.

Officials of the commission were said to have stormed Shoprite on Friday afternoon and drove everyone out and sealed off the massive premises, placing a seal order at the entrance.
The seal order notice read:

“Sealed, this premises has been sealed following the breach of safety law. This seal must not be broken. For further enquiries, contact the Commission.”

On Friday night, many customers who did not know that the place had been shut were stranded outside the premises.
However, a source in the commission told reporters that the place was shut for failing to abide by the safety laws of the state.

The source said there had been complaints by members of the public about adulterated and expired products being sold in the outlet, adding that investigation was also carried out before the place was shut.
Investigation revealed that some products that were supposed to expire in one month’s time were found on the shelves of Shoprite in Ikeja.
A customer, who craved anonymity, said she once bought expired milk at Shoprite, saying that the closure of the outlet was long overdue.
There have also been complaints by others about expired products at various Shoprite outlets.
Officials of Shoprite have been asked to report at the commission’s office on Monday while the outlet remains shut throughout the weekend.

The mother of Nigeria's U-23 coach, Samson Siasia, Madame Ogere Siasia, 72, who was abducted from her home in Bayelsa on November 17th has been released by her kidnappers. The woman was released a few days ago unharmed. The Bayelsa police command confirmed her release but did not say if a ransom was paid for her release or if anyone has been arrested.

1. Davido Vs Sinzu



The cold war between Davido and US based Nigerian rapper Sinzu a.k.a Saucekid started after Davido started performing the latter’s song at his concerts. The two collaborated on Sinzu’s last hit song, Carolina.

Sinzu was totally not cool with the pop star making money off his song without paying him a dime as royalty. However, the last time Davido performed the song was about 3 years back after accepting the song doesn’t belong to him.

The two performed the song together for the first time in years at this years SWSX. They also hung out after the gig in Austin, Texas which signalled the end of their rift.

2. Terry G Vs. AY.com



Terry G and AY.Com started as friends but their friendship got sour after they clashed over the ownership of their joint hit single Pass Me Your Love.

Pass Me Your Love was owned by Ay.com when the record was released but Terry G felt he owns a slice of the big cake when the song was put out and like Davido, started performing the record at concerts and shows. This didn’t go down well with AY who recently came back from a music exile. He said he went on exile to cater for his family.

Mr. Terry G and AY.Com have now resolved their differences. AY.com recently released a single titled No Mind Them and it features Terry G, although the song doesn’t look like it will reach the height of Pass Me Your Love.

3. Davido vs Wizkid


Davido makes his second appearance on our list of resolved music beef showcase. What started out as mere social media and industry comparison turned out to become a real life issue.

Davido and Wizkid like every music artiste in this article started out as friends but the rapid growth of the former saw him become rival to a man that used to inspire his work.

The young men also had a physical encounter in a flight to the U.S. which led to a heavy shot from Wizkid to Davido, telling him he does proper shows in proper venues.

Wande Coal joined the amicable resolution after performing alongside them at Oniru’s birthday earlier this month.

Black Face a.k.a Blackface Naija remains at large while 2face continues to achieve mainstream success.

Afrobeat King, Femi Kuti has gone under the knife. Though the management of Afrikan Shrine didn’t disclose what happened to the singer, but pasted a notice in front of the shrine saying there will be no gig today because the singer has to undergo an operation. Yeni kuti who have however gone online to tell his fans that her brother is doing fine after the surgery, posted the photo above.
