Please not one man created the nuclear bomb, it was created by hundreds of scientist during the Manhattan project that ran from 1942-1946. Some of these Scientist were Oppoheimer, Bohr, Hans Bethe, Ernest Laurence, Enrico Fermi, Feynman(he is quite popular), Chadwick etc etc. Some worked in achieving the fission, some work in the delivery system etc etc. The product were two bombs at the end of the day. Einstein theory was the foundation of the idea that sub-atomic particles can create energy from their masses. This was reflected in the letter he wrote to the President of United States (Roosevelt), which kick started the Manhattan project. Why Einstein was not part of the Manhattan project was because he never knew the theory will eventually be used for a bomb so he was against that, he was a Pacifist. General relativity is well argued but not Special Relativity, seems your knowledge is poor. Einstein came with a concept that enhanced Newton mechanics. Special relativity was his first work and it was a great work. It showed everything is relative and it was a turning point in the history of Physics and engineering which occurred in early 1900s. It explained electromagnetism perfectly and even other newtonian concept. General relativity was what he worked on later which was trying to explain other concepts like gravity and space time( an elaborate theory on Special relativity). Einstein had little issues in his general relativity because it contradicted Quantum Theory. Still general relativity was a success because it predicted that light can bend under gravitational force which is used today in astronomy and astrology( example of this is the hubble telescope used in studying the cosmos). Also people fail to forget that Einstein Nobel prize was not on E=Mc2 or relativity but on Photoelectric effect, which was one of the most important discoveries in the 1900s. Because of the discovery of photo-electric effect we have Semi conductors and micro chips, Solar panels etc.....Einstein died trying to Unite Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, which was termed Grand Unification Theory or TOE( theory of everything), which till today it is still worked on. All physicist respected and respects Einstein even your Fermi and Einstein is still regarded as one of the greatest men to walk on earth. To say Einstein had no impact on we humans and technology as a whole is a big insult
