Each company has their own registrar!
if you fill that of African Prudential, you will get dividend from the company's under the registrar.

I got my dividends for UBA from Afri Prud without filling any forms or going on their website.If other registrars could be like this, it would be nice

no transaction from market open till 2:30pm and all of a sudden, single transaction of over 100k to push the price to 10% gain got cleared at exactly 2:30PM. Even if they like they should call it cross deal, i no gree.

so by next market day, price starts higher by 10%.

after driving it higher for consecutive days, they start to take profit on the FOMO guys who will get trap after some times

You don't need to be physical present to do that.
just contact the registrar of the companies you own their shares, get the form from them , fill and submit.
Some registrars have it online on their website

You might be one of us that moved woth Diamond bank, if so then You might get it, but if you dont get it on time, then you need to go to your bank and get your alternate account number for NEFT transactions.
Then you use it to fill a new e-dividend mandate form.
I have been filling new mandate forms all over again for some brokers because of the alternate account issue.

Those old diamond bank accounts have this unique issue.
Some brokers will pay with the old account number

Do you recieve dividends through Access bank? If yes, then you have to follow a simple procedure tobget your dividend

I have been using it to receive my dividend without any hassles!

Did you key in the amount or quantity of the stock you wanted at the right hand side of the picture and it didn't go through?
Take a look at the picture again, your concentration should be at the price column, amount column and quantity column( all at the right hand side of the picture)

Pls pray wale and his partners are not bent on delisting. I happened to attend my first agm because I came into uyo for business. This is my first agm and could not believe what happened thr.It is a big shame,95% are students rented from school and given proxy forms.Infact many whr given #1000 to vote in favour of what they have no idea about.The audit committee members voting was like what you see in the campus those days.Many of this students don't even know what are shares or who is shareholder.This guys came from lagos and made everything look like a joke and time wasting. It was only one Mr nwosu who even questioned the payment of #2.50 from #7 plus earning per shares.Every other person who spoke was just praising the board members

I ask is this real what the agm is like and all about. The chairman talks to the crowd, i guess because most are students like his subjects who are hungry.

First off, in one of my earlier posts on OANDO in response to someone, I mentioned a 50/50 chances of Oando going up to N15+ or remain below N7......bros, it happened in our korokoro eyes even if many didn't believe it. I bet you don't even know my source of info on it......

Na so I hype ETERNA too, YES! The same way I've hyped FIDELITY from N1.70, CHAMS from 20/25k, UCAP from N3, JAPAUL from 20/25k, UBA, SEPLAT, MANSARD.......in fact, almost all the stocks on NSE at different times following Mr. Market and news and some bit of my little research too.

I still have the ETERNA that I picked at around 26, so don't think I was exempted from these losses too but I do hold on to what I Blvd no matter the analysis paralysis here.....if it doesn't go according to expectations, well, it's all well and good......I carry my L in peace.

I don't hesitate to mention here that I've been following the dictates of Mr. Market and that I'm not the one recommending some of these stocks at different times but the gurus.

Change is constant but very difficult for many to embrace it because of the past, so it's normal among humans.

I have been meaning to ask questions about AFRIPRUD (the company) for some time now. From the dividends standpoint, I think they will struggle to pay 50k for FY2023 as in the last two years. Expenses keep diminishing the net earnings, and if I am right, cash reserves increased in Q1 2023 but reduced significantly in Q2 2023. currently at about 21k net earnings at H1, 50k dividend seems impossible at FY. I remember bringing up my concern early last year and Pa emmanuelewumi mentioned that we can give them two years to see improvements (he also mentioned how the CEO moving to UCAP changed some prospects). I was thinking the technology arm might mean more growth and more innovations based on global pace but I think the more I try to look, the less I see.

My UCAP dividends for the last 5 years have consistently been used to increase my position in AFRIPRUD and seeing as Oga Currentprice even mentioned the stock as one to keep on watchlist, I felt more convinced that my additional investments of spare cash every now and then is a good move. I believe Afriprud share price will fly when its time comes regardless of what a novice like me sees or does not see.

I particularly seek insight about the company's growth and current standing from gurus here. Thanks for all contributions in advance!
