I just graduated from the university and I’ll turn 28 in a few months time.
I come from a very poor family, I sponsored myself through the university as matter of fact I am the first graduate in the family.

I have over 50m in real estate and I intend to sell 50% of my properties to raise funds for an online marketplace i intend to launch in Nigeria but I’m having a double mind as there’s no 100% guarantee that the business will succeed…
Since I just graduated from the university, should I rather use 25m to relocate abroad and further my studies or stay in Nigeria and invest the 25m ?
I don’t want to regret selling my properties to relocate abroad for studies.. I don’t even know if 25m would be enough to further my studies in any first world countries since I’ll have no support from family.

Was bitten by a snake 2016, just after my grandfather's burial. My younger sister had been attached spiritually by one leg sickness they trow at night where her leg was more or less of that of an elephantiasis patient. My cousin had been under d same tree all along picking d pear while I was up, nothing happened to him...hmmm people get grace o!!! As soon as I came down, the snake was right there waiting for me. I nearly died from d incident, my leg was recommended for amputation in a teaching hospital barely a week after d bite (until we found an old dying man in far away village that finally rescued me, let's not talk about the money that followed just because of 100naira pear, na cheap things dey kill person for naija) as most traditional medicine men didn't have d herbal treatment for that particular snake since it hardly bite.

May 1 1998. 3am. I was on night bus from PH to Lagos. Between Benin and Ore. The luxury bus (belonging to the most popular transport company in Nigeria at that period) slammed into a stationery trailer carrying concrete slabs . Driver, conductor and passengers in the first five row of seats all died.

Before then, I always sat on the first row of seats in a luxury bus anytime I travel. But on this particular trip, as I went to buy the ticket at PH, as soon as the ticket attendant asked me; what seat do you want? ( I was number one on the ticket queue just because I must chose seat 1, 2, 3 or 4. But as soon as she asked the question, I opened my mouth but nothing came out.

Everyone on the line started shouting at me to chose my seat and leave the queue. I struggled to speak but nothing came out. Someone from the back shouted that I was starring at the beautiful ticket attendants breasts. Still nothing came from my mouth.

In punishment, the ticket attendant (was also shouting at me now to make a choice so she can attend to others) assigned me seat number 44. The very last row on the bus. And ordered me to leave the queue. I left in shock; me? Seat 44? But I was temporarily dumb.

That was my saving grace.

About 7 years ago, I was at Oshodi around 11pm, looking for ATM to use. I passed by some touts partying, so I stayed in the middle of the road, so that if I had to run, I would be able to do so successfully.

I passed by the touts, I still kept waliking in the middle of the road... All of a sudden, I heard a car engine rev up behind me. Apparently, the driver of the car was scared of the touts too, and sped up the car, coming at me at full speed. I ran left, he turned left, I ran right, he turned right (out of panic), next thing I knew was I was flying in the air. The car hit my side, and I spun around multiple times before landing on my shoulder.

It all happened within a couple of seconds. I think I was out for a few minutes, because when I got up the touts had surrounded me, and they were saying in Yoruba, "ko ti ku sha." He isn't dead.

My shoulder was dislocated and I had a few scratches, but nothing so serious. It was a crazy experience.

It's good now but when you get older you will regret it. Just hope you don't want to get married. You will live this life of solitude alone and not start building friendships when you're 70. I know someone like you it didn't end well.
