what you see there exceed 50,000/meter as at today. That design is very very expensive. That prefab design can go as high as 30,000, then you buy other accessories like pipe and other designs involved. Your profits involved too.


If anyone gives you that for 40,000 and you have the cash and sure he can deliver, pay him but make sure you are always at his workshop until it's delivered to you
