I had the Bosch for almost five years and never did I fix a single thing. Not even the carbon brush which is the first to wear out in such machines. And trust me,it has worked really hard for me and outlived many grinding machines that came later. Got it when they were running one promotion like that and dollar was still stable |
twinskenny:you're right Sha. Bought a grinding machine and it only lasted for four days or less. The head cracked up like egg. But ₦100,000 in this economy and rat race is a hard call. I'm just hoping this one will last long enough while I start daily contribution to raise such amount for grinding machine. Meanwhile I have extra two grinding machine at workshop. So this is basically for jobs at site and won't be under much pressure |
The price of the previous grinding machine is currently out of reach. As at January,it was selling for 80,000 so I'm expecting it to hit ₦100,000 now.
|
So today I bought this angle grinder in Lagos and it should be waybill to me tomorrow morning. My very reliable machine (Bosch) was stolen on site. Being a job I will be doing on site, I needed something I can trust. I won't have the time nor know any technician who can fix all the Chinese knock off products that are in the market. And that reminds me,if anyone knows any reliable grinding machine, kindly let me know cause I don't really trust this one

Freestainworld:after drinking garri, I hope you don't urinate |
EgunMogaji2:there's something I learnt yesterday, create known boundaries between yourself and your workers. Cause if you don't, they will abuse that privilege and take advantage of you. And trust me if the tables were turned, they won't give you same treatment. Once again, create stern boundaries between and your workers cause it's only then they will respect you and stay in shape |
Stop giving sensitive positions to short people. They get angry easily and speak out of turn. Imagine threatening the remaining doctors and calling their strike action as nonsense |
Na so millions of Nigerians were confident about Buhari but here's where we are |
Amechi for president kinda sounds good. We will have speed trains and insane loans by the time he's done |
Kajaard:this is exotic weed not your regular type. |
Billions is back with a bang. Just downloaded season 1 of legend of the seeker. Feeling nostalgic and there are not much to watch |
This is the brand of paint I usually use for tank stand. Knowing that they will always be under the changing weather, I go for this quality
|
megacontrol:first thing is that it's not my work and I don't know how it was made. The concrete mixing ratio is not something I can verify. The dept of the foundation is also unknown to me. Knowing the weight and needs for the tank. It's meant to handle six(6) 750 gallons of water. Four(4) at the top, and one(1) at each level below. Knowing that I'm the person who will bear the grunt if there's any mishap, it's not a risk I'm willing to take. Those are not really the technical errors I figured out with the foundation. But I just don't want to criticize the job of another person. My job is to do the job that I have been paid to do without courting unnecessary controversy |
twinskenny:yes oga |
Left the site today and I hope to return on Wednesday to start work properly. Join me as I execute this project with such quality and attention to details like I have always strived for. Spyder880 megacontrol sonnie10 mufuta eyinne and all lovers of good job should come |
After I got to the site with my team, I realized that there was already a foundation cast for a tank stand. But I won't be making use of it for I will doing mine. There are lots of issues I observed with the foundation but that's what I will be discussing here. The second picture is my proposed plan on where to dig another foundation. I'm trying to conserve space which the client have in a very limited quantity

The loading and offloading of the said materials on site
|
So today being Sunday, I took the whole materials to site with my generator.

These people are clowns. So legitimate businesses and people will be out of business for two weeks because you're fighting crime. Reminds me of the vice presidential debate between osinbajo and Obi where the VP was asked how to handle stealing at his shop and he said he would lock up shop completely and sit outside to look out for thieves. Personally I believe that if you want to really catch bandits,go to the local community and find out from the masses. Those bandits are from there and there's nothing you do your kinsmen don't know about. Make it a community project and trust me,in six months you will mop up the criminals |

Fix our roads but una say no. E go reach everyone one after the other. |
Unfortunately Nigerians have hope on this party to dislodge the party at the center. We never suffer enough for this country |
olaolu11:there's money to be made here. Don't sleep on it

babadots:just in case you guys need rails and stuff
|
olaolu11:an organization in the USA is willing to pay up to $250,000 to anyone or group who can perform paranormal activity under supervised environment. Maybe ijebu people can cash in |
As always, I fancy this project. Keep it up |
n3xt:whatever they're doing, they should leave things the way they're right now. We're already in a very precious situation. Any further disruption will send everything downhill |
