I can tell you how I make it and you will tell your welder same and have it done for you. It's not like I patented the process.

Here are what you need to know, the door will be soundproof to a very high extent, the front and back will look exactly the same as two pans will be used instead of one. And it will be a twice heavier than normal door.

here's what I can do for you, I can use put the design pan on front and back. In-between them is noise insulator. It's a bit heavier than normal door and has same feel like turkey doors
