I'm guessing the pioneer Departmental Heads will be from the Donor country (more jobs+technical reliance for them) but so long as the system's running, he (Dangote) wldn't and shdn't mind.

Same obtains in most of his other firms...(Agro-Sacks etc.)

Awarding contract to any firm will approximately inflate any cost of project by minimum 30% whereas having qualified and professional employed permanently by the government will not only cut cost but simultaneously create employment ,The same people will be employed by contractor which is an infringement on their hard labour. Apparently the dwindling revenue should not give room to contract.

I quite agree with you, but what led to project outsourcing in the first place was the monumental corruption (diversion of materials, funds, etc) that characterized ministry-done projects.
Not to talk of the nepotism that has made lots of quacks into Govt. Ministries rather than professionals.
While using the ministries' staff for these projects will greatly reduce cost, it'll only work if these issues get nipped.

He said that those who voted him 97% and ensured that their votes counted deserve more from the govt,which is the political reality,but that he has vowed to be for everybody and for nobody;that besides that the constitution has guaranteed that each state is represented in the govt.
To me his answer both states the truth and also the reality of the political situation while guaranteeing that he won't victimize any region because of it.
The reality is that while no region would be victimized,there must be political reward for others taking the right political decision and sacrificing to ensure that that decision is made to count at the ballot.

So you support punishing them. For their mistake rather than showing them what they wld've lost if you hadn't won despite their not voting you!

Me thinks that as a budding politician, it is normal that some people wld vote against you and that could be out of their not really knowing/trusting you, pure tribalism/nepotism, etc.

It behoves on you to increase your support base by out-performing and letting them know that their fears are needless and these you can do by visibly standing up for them even when your majority supporters try to "show" them.

His region and party will only have themselves to blame if his actions reflect that statement posted above cos a president is like a father.

And in every family, there'll always be that child who doesn't agree with what the others (and even the parents) are saying.

There are several certifications on safety. In your case, you many consider HSE training (level 2 & 3) or the more advanced NEBOSH. Quality control depends on the industry. Every manufacturing / FMCG industry has a unique QA/QC system or protocol. For instance, the QC system in a brewery will be different from what is obtainable in other food industries (soft drinks, beverages, snacks, etc). QA/QC systems also differ in steel companies, soap, chemical, refineries, etc. Sometimes, you need experience in that particular industry before you can be given a QC role e.g. you will most likely be a production or brewing supervisor before you can be considered a QC analyst in a brewery. This is because some companies require that you have floor (production) experience before you can actually conduct a QA/QC on the process/product. So certification is not highly considered but can still be useful. However, if you insist on certification, you need to be industry specific in your request. Your best bet is to enroll for a HACCP training which is generally applicable in the food industry. With a degree in Chemistry, you can be considered for a QC role in many companies even without a certification.

On your current dilemma (MSc or certification), I would say you should go for a Masters while simultaneously acquiring necessary certifications. However, you may consider acquiring job experience if you get a good job after service.

Is that possible? M.sc + Certifications (especially abroad)?

Exactly, even his appointments till date has not been even geopolitically.

A whole presidential scholarship scheme was stopped at the Nigerian Assembly just because the no of northern indigenes weren't equal to those from other regions.

Since he's not done yet. I believe he'll have plans as to how he'll balance things out and assauga frayed nerves from other zones, so we don't start having problem right from take-off.
