Nah it is the other way round rather,China agitated for Britain to remain in the EU.

Didn't really keep up with the movement but I'm on the opinion the Chinese yen shd get upped with this.

But whether the Chinese govt. Will allow not devalue as they always do remains to be seen

That is only the surface; his action has already placed the entire UK union in jeopardy because both Scotland and Wales have predominantly voted to remain in Europe while the English majority voted to exit; therefore likely to reawaken separatist movements for the two former countries to want to break away again - Britain and David Cameron have made a big mistake to go out of Europe.

You can say that again

Just make sure when you die, you are burried there too..
Nobody should quote me

The world has better problems to deal with than Nigeria's current situation.
Nigeria's power issues have ready-made solutions which only have to b implemented if the citizens really want the problems solved.
But no! A lot of people are profiting from the chaos and have been fighting tooth n nail to keep it so.

Business / Re: New Forex Policy: NSE Gains N354bn, Naira Stable by mickey45: 3:49pm On May 28, 2016
Chukzyfcb:
From the comments posted so far, it seems most people don't knw why the NSE increased. Well I believe, because of the MPC's decision to "float" the naira. Investors are buying up shares in ANTICIPATION that foreign investors will soon penetrate the market coz of the news of floated dollar.
Remember foreign investors are seriously waiting for a devalued naira so they can RE-ENTER the the capital mkts.....so with the decision to float naira, there's so much speculation that they'll be bck, hence the massive buy=massive gain............Its a dangerous speculation but then that's stocks for you. You speculate!

Except we'll need a lot more than a freely floating currency for foreigners to enter our market I think. And CBN isn't really making it "freely floating"
Anyway, we wait

PR stunt? What do you mean by PR stunt here? By who? Also, cocaine isn't that expensive in small quantities. The post is short on details but seriously, your PR stunt theory makes no sense. No offence.

I'm not versed in "cocainomics", judged using the small KGs of it that Most Nigerians Risk their lives to export.

Moreover, if insignificant in small quantities, one wonders what harm she expects to come the man's way seeing she only buried an inconsequential amount of cocaine in his yard.

So I still see it a hoax.

cktheluckyman:

the probability of creating grazing reserves outside the North is zero.Just like his ancestor Othman Dan fodio.Buhari's Jihadi adventure in the south and MB will be met with a disastrous failure.

The mere idea of creating grazing reserves is utter balderdash in the first place, Why not just mandate every cattle herder to create holding pens for his cattle and family, why have to subsidize their cost of doing business? Mind you though, a larger portion of the money may end up in private pockets.
Moreover, information exists that the murderers are not the actual cattle herders themselves but mercenaries sponsored by the very people who want to create a ranching allowance entry in our nation's annual budget.
same way "boko haram" has become a pipeline for siphoning funds lately
