I feel u and i understand your plight !

_{The reason for my story is to help u understand some processes of bad temper, what u can lose and how most unhappy u could be with ur self and also to help u be a better person in the long run}

The major process of a bad temper is like an erupting volcano that will most likely destroy itself in the process of eruption.
Its an impatient process that reacts ( negative) than respond(positive)
The "feels" u feel at the moment is like u are being cheated and u have to destroy everything like sodom and gomar
The process of a bad temper makes you feel like "obasanjo"

PROBLEMS
I was in charge of a group of young singers at a point. We were having problems with some people in my church even though, youth and general congregation liked what we were doing but cus of my BAD TEMPER AND UTMOST DISPLAY OF MAD ANGER !, the group was disbanded !

ABout 7yrs ago, i lost my g- friend cuz of my temper, immaturity and bad temper !

SOLUTION

i was disappointed with who i was
i identified the problem
I looked back into my sub-consciousness in order to place a finger on why my temper was that bad and i noticed i wasnt really free as a child which made me to always get upset with my folks then. _{i got upset with everything then}
I read lot of books and i prayed alot
I changed my perception about life and things in general
i identified a reason not to act and or "react" with my feelings but head
I concentrated on what bad temper can make me lose in order for me to be irritated with "bad temper"

RESULT
I am a better person now cuz i wont most likely get upset with most things that will make people upset normal
I have my temper under utmost control
I dont have to talk when i am having a feeling that i am about to lose my temper
I am happier with myself cus i have a great control of myself and my self discipline is intact.
I have more friends now and i have achieved more for myself and for people in general

Please, try my stuff up there. Its difficult but, very possible if u try.
