It's a little long.

A girl I loved so much in our first year in uni. I was caring and all. She turned me down then in the most brutal way - with stern warnings never to try such rubbish again.

I took it like a man and even pleaded for her to forget it lets continue our friendship since we were on the same course and partners.

We were in the same city but she never visited me once. But I use to go to her place

On my birthday she didn't show up.

I went to see her along with my best friend then, who was studying in a different state, and one other friend. Gave her good money to cook. We ate.

Months later, I discover she and my best friend had been seeing each other since our meeting. To the point she'd been traveling to see him before things turned sour between them

When I discovered, she's started apologizing and begging, crying how she'd like us to date. By this time I was no longer in the school - I had changed uni. To a different state.

More than 10 years on, she's still professes love to me and wishes I marry her, but I made a vow to myself never to have anything to do with her after she and my best friend betrayed me.


Now she and my friend are sworn enemies

If you were in my shoes, what would you do.

I've studied the governorship trend in Lagos and I concluded that even a lunatic can govern it and things will still come out as averagely ok, because Lagos is largely powered by private organisations and the federal government leaving room for cover up.

Take for instance from Gen. Maruwa, to Tinubu, Fashola, Ambode to the present governor, there is nothing so special they did or are doing as something to behold or should I say something we've not seen before.

In all, Lagos is still begging for attention in basic infrastructure like road, housing, good environment, portable drinking water, etc. So on what grounds can we now use Lagos as the benchmark for our national development?

Bringing such idea of someone been a governor of Lagos state will automatically mean that such person will perform is neither here or there, let's take a look at Fashola, he is now mute, his service as minister of power has shown that the man have not to offer, this is a man that say's and I quote "Any reasonable government can fix Nigeria power sector in six months" and he was given the job, ran the power ministry for four years and failed woefully,

Secondly Osinbanjo our V.P, never a governor but a product of Lagos government, as V.P he is responsible for our nations economy under this present government, I will leave you guys to score his performance.

In conclusion, so on what premises will someone or group of persons want us to believe that our solution lies in Lagos?

That my take, please no insults.

Lagos is a blessed place same as Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Delta....I think this answers your question.....Have you been to Lekki Freezone beforeA lunatic will not facilitate projects that big...There are established oil companies in the Niger delta regions but they were chased away by Militancy sponsored by lunatic politicians from that region.....Marwa and Tinubu were blessings to Lagos and it continues like that

I went to my uncles home for christmas holiday and what i experienced there was dissapointing

How can a GROWN MAN not control and enforce home traning on his 4 little kids.
He always leave everything for the wife, who is overwhelmed and is not doing a good job either.

The worst part is that he will allow these kids to be awake watching tv till 12 am midnight while he will be playing video games.
If the kid misbehave, i correct them, they start crying loud and this man will always come out and defend them.
He cant command his kids to go to bed, he always beg them.

Omugwo is one of the most important traditions in Africa, because new mums really go through a lot the first year of child birth, especially when they never had to care for a child before that

Do you think it is easy to wake up in the middle of the night to care for a baby? To not have any time to yourself? To constantly have to check if they are hungry or if their diapers are full, or if it's an actual sickness? Do you know it can drive some people mad?

I am very sure you have never had to stay with a baby for up to 12 hours without help, else, you would not have some of these considerations.

If he is not selfless, he won't have agreed to step down from the vice president position.

If he is not selfless, he will be asking for the APC presidential ticket to be microzone to the South West instead of Southern Nigeria.

I won't bother you guys much. I married my woman last year June during the lockdown. Things were rosy for us as a young couple till we brought in a girl of 15 years from my wife's family to stay with us in order to help my wife with house chores and other things during the time she is heavily pregnant.

Mind you, from day one I have been dating my wife, this girl has been on my neck, telling me how she will come stay with me in Lagos if I get married to her sister. That would be my greatest undoing as I grudgingly obliged after many persuasion from her Mother as well. After my marriage, she came over to Lagos to join us.

Now, she is very useless to me. She will go to school from 7am to 5pm. After coming back from school, she will take another excuse to go for evening church and come back by 8pm. No help in doing house chores. COOKING, she no sabi.. My turn off about her now is that she can eat for Africa. The little provision I manage stock at home don't go anywhere now.

The last straw that break the camel back is that she always steals my babies food, like milk, biscuits etc.

My wife is in dicey situation because she once lived with the girl's mother for like 15 years back then, and such can't just pursue her away like plague.

Right now I am fighting the urge and anger to mess her up. I have advised her on numerous occasions but it seems she can not learn easily except with hard handling. Everything bad about human traits, she has it; Lies, false swearing and the likes.

Mature minded people in the house, if you are in my shoes, what would you do?
