Xtfield: You studied education. Why not start a school? Maybe if you do, you will understand what proprietors go through Those of us that pursued a career in education can attest to the fact that school business is better entrusted in the hand of the government. Why telling him to establish his own school? The guy spoke his mind which we all know that he's right. Our contemporaries in other professions are not belittled like this. I guess you are one of the interlopers in education. I blame TRCN that has not sanitised the sector to limit it to those who pursued career in education. |

Hope to get a positive feedback from this platform. Thanks That is why government does not want you guys in school. Go and practice your profession. Looking for a well paid school will demoralise you because many top schools only go for those that majored in education. |
Politics › Re: Asari Dokubo To Nnamdi Kanu: I Will Kill You If You Try Me by Mike4S: 8:35am On May 01, 2019 |
tee4naija: The truth is that the SS people understand why IPOB and the SE want to annex the SS with Biafra. It is neither out of love for the people or out of social or cultural affinity. It is 100% about their oil. Meanwhile, the SS know that what they currently get from the Nigerian government will be far better than what they can ever get under an Igbo dominated Biafra. For your information SE and SS are inextricably paired such that they cannot be separated from another. All the SE states are bounded with at least one of SS state with the exclusion of Enugu. In Ebonyi, Cross riverians are currently inhabiting everywhere along Ebonyi shores. Abia is the worst hit. Geographically, the place is on the Aforementioned states land. Take for example, Erei and Itigidi in Abia and Ebonyi respectively. Go and find out the native name of PH, Rumuokoro, etc. before you write. The northern Delta which has more LGAs than any part of Delta is predominantly Igbo. Even Edo is not spared because an Igbanke man will always bear an Igbo name. As for the oil, no time did the actualisation of Biafra considered it before taking off. Biafra was borne out of the incessant killing of her indigenes by the northerners. Check history and quote me wrong if you can. |

Nairaland General › What Is The Rule Guiding Public Disturbance In Nigeria? by Mike4S(op): 12:14pm On Apr 18, 2019 |
I stay in an area that is not immune from the epileptic power supply that is common in Nigeria. My greatest worry is the incessant generator set sound. It is such that the neighbour's generator set only goes off when there is power supply from EKEDC. I am a light sleeper and I've been frustrated from achieving the respite of a good night's sleep, as the extraneous noise of the neighbour's generator set is keeping me awake all night. Even with the wall fence that bounded us, the sound emanating has not been attenuated. The other neighbour is also on generator set but not regular like the prior mentioned. Each time they both turned it on, they will compete for a decibel supremacy and I am at the receiving end. Folks, important question looms in my mind. What is the best approach to these noisy neighbours? Do I have right to go and warn them? |

anochuko01: I've seen more engineering graduates who are genuinely more interested in teaching now than ever before. but the difference is that they aren't interested in teaching these same subjects or following this curriculum or system that should have been abolished...they're rather interested in instilling 21st century tech education into kids so they can turn out without regrets. the change we desire in this country must begin from the roots...and it'll not leave out the basic levels of education. that a person did teaching practice doesn't make him an effective teacher, especially when you consider where the rest of the world is. You are not an educationist so I cannot argue with you |

Horlamidei: See this one oh! Like you don't know whats happening in 9ja! There's nothing happening in Nigeria. It sounds bizarre for an engineer to be in the classroom. There are many business organisations engineers can work in this country why school? I am in a position to employ teachers but I don't consider engineers because it epitomises the proverbial " putting a round peg in a square hole". Just tell me where an engineer did his teaching practice. |

priceaction: Lies. The truth is that many of ipob members did not even register for inec cards talkless of wanting to collect them. They were instructed to see Nigeria as zoo and must not participate in anything related to it. It won't make much difference. Having said that, nk lost relevance because those who he thought would support him, ( people like asari), if he ordered for boycotting are now going against him so he has no choice than to play along. He is irrelevant now. Don't forget that registration was done long before now. Since 2010 to be precise |

I am answering my complete native names in Facebook and people from my own part of the world are making it a subject of ridicule. What is paining me most is the ignorance among those that have subjected the names to a cruel ridicule. A situation where people have failed to understand that one word can have five pronunciations depending on the usage. They kept pronouncing it wrong even when I had corrected them. |
