No bank would give such new loans to a business without due diligence and some level of assurance that the business can pay back.

The source of ur news is questionable. The reality is that without USA. Isreal can not win these war. Reason is simple, isreal can not fight a long term war. Iran fought Iraq for 8yrs. Don't confuse yourself. Iran shares borders on land with Iraq, so they could fight a long war using the army on the battlefield .
Israel does not share land borders with Iran, so the only way they can fight is by air. That is why Israel quickly ensured that they neutralized the airspace of Iran so they can fly in and out anytime they want. The only thing Iran can do now is to fire missiles at Israel. Israel may lure them to keep firing those missiles until they run very low or out of stock. Then you would see how Israel would take over the Iranian space and bombard Iran non stop.

What matters is which military is able to inflict the maximum damage on the opponent's military installations and personnel.
Iran can shoot all their missiles and attack civilian structures in Israel, but it will not make them win the war. Israel is attacking Iran's military and nuclear targets, and after that, they will attack the economic targets of Iran. It is a matter of time.

You seem to be ignorant. Israel also has the missiles to send to Iran, but it is a costly option.
But it is much cheaper and more cost effective to fly warplanes to bomb a foreign country, than firing ballistic missiles. But you need to be able to overpower the enemy airspace before you can fly warplanes over their territory and bomb them. So Israel is able to bomb Iran easily for cheap. But Iran is now using very very expensive missiles to attack Israel which they cannot sustain for a long time. It takes several months and or years to be able to build or manufacture a missile.
So in the long run, Iran will run short of missiles. That is when the havoc will be done by the side that is able to fly warplanes to attack.

Yes, each tranche has a definite qualifying date. Feb 14, 2025 (tranche 1) and Jun 30, 2025 (tranche 2).
An exercise like this must always have a qualifying date because of the closure of register of members for the eventual redistribution/sharing of the units.
Once you had qualified, you may even decide to sell your shares but you will still get your bonus units whenever the actual distribution is done at a later date, similar to how bonuses are executed and implemented.
