They are pushing Ghanians not to take it gentle with Igbo, they should pursue Igbos, same thing they did on South Africa issue with Nigerians because they know majority of Nigerians there are Igbo.

Who made him king? Does he know that the laws of Ghana recognize only only chiefs? On whose lands does he want to be king, and by what authority?
This is how we disrespect the real traditional authorities and rulers of a place and create problems for every other person, just because of the insatiable quest for dominance and authority in another man's land.
There are so many people from different countries living in Ghana and no is causing this kind of problem.

Is like you don't know the meaning of investment with respect to the stock market. If you bought a no-dividend paying stocks without ever selling it; then how are going to recoup the funds you used in the purchase of it? I know you are a gambler!

If you are a newbie, then it is better to avoid using derogatory words (bolded) in a hasty manner when it is not even necessary.
Investing in stocks has different perspectives based on several information and factors at one's disposal.
The reward comes from dividends, capital appreciation, bonus issues etc.
Sometimes, capital appreciation within a few days/weeks may deliver what dividends alone cannot give in several years to come! And vice versa. Sometimes, only bonus is given for some years, without dividends (cash).
There are many investors (even among the so-called newbies) who may not even be interested in dividends but capital appreciation! Which stocks would they have to buy then?
In some cases, people just buy stocks for the future of their kids or younger ones even though the company may not be paying very good dividends at the moment (e.g. FBN when it was selling for about N3-N4 a few years ago).
So Dividends is not the only reward, hence it is myopic and shallow to use it as sole basis for assessing performance.
At the end of the day, no one on this forum would solicit or demand money from anyone to invest in their stocks. . So there is no one to scam anyone; we only differ in our views and opinions about stocks..

No one disputes that quote you made about premium stocks. However, you must note that for those who want to grow their portfolio, they must be willing to take a level of calculated risk.

If person no fit afford house in Ikoyi, VictoriaIsland, etc nko. Commercial properties in Ikeja, Surulere, Somolu, Aguda, Oshodi, Ajah, Jakande, etc will also suffice in growing their cashflow and building their networth.

Wide diversification in bluechip stocks like Nestle, Zenith, GTB, etc is for people wey don balance well, chop better things. It takes time for them to double their prices except there has been a drastic depreciation which is similar to buying significantly distressed building in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, etc.

For those growing their portfolios, they should apply calculated risks to other stocks with capital appreciation growth opportunities. Similar example is when some of the stocks we see today were trading at NGN0.20kobo a few years ago.

Lastly, all these postulated suggestions are nothing good when the management becomes shitty and corrupt.

This same Nigerian Breweries PLC and even Guinness PLC that were solid bluechip dividend raking stocks giving investors significant cashflow and capital appreciation lost their mojo when some ridiculous moves were made by their Nigerian MD several years or over a decade ago. Since them, the parent companies have never trusted Nigerians to run their affairs for some time.

Some people are yet to understand the saying that ''no condition is permanent'', is very applicable to stocks listed on the exchange.
Just watch out for stocks listed in key sectors, especially those operating in capital intensive sectors which invariably impose high barriers to entry so new investors prefer to acquire pre-existing ones e.g. brewery, FCMG, cement, Oil and gas, etc.
Companies in these sectors will surely overcome whatever temporary challenges they may have or be acquired by other local or international firms and their prices will rebound e.g. NB/Heineken, IBL/SAB Miller, Honeywell/Flour Mills, BCC/Dangote cement, Lafarge, etc. Oando in the worst case scenario can only merge with or be acquired by another big player and the price will jump beyond reach.

Giving Oando shareholders dividend of N10 per share (instead of share redistribution) would be very controversial. Whatever is realized would be shared over holders of about 9.4billion shares.
And there can be no other ''institutional investors'' other than Wale and his team.
