The difference between FBN and ACCESS or OANDO is their history and circumstances. FBN was a government founded company and not privately founded. After privatization there was no major shareholder with 5% of shares for a long time. It was therefore easy for a activist investor with the objective of taking control and the fighting spirit like Ote$ to take it over. This is not the case with OANDO and ACCESS. They are held by founders that will hold them no matter what, and you have to live with them forever.

Oando is similar to FBN. Formerly Unipetrol, also govt founded.
Wale and co. built their stake gradually for years after acquisition.
Ote$ has been gradually cornering FBN, hijacking PP unto himself, and may eventually command 40-50% or more in few years to come.

FIRSTHOLDCO has none + have catered for ALL their bad debts.

Moving forward, we can expect a gigantic DIV from FIRSTHOLDCO. Same cannot be said about ACCESS yet...

What has been the dividend history, payout ratio, etc. of FBN even in their best years without issues of bad debts, CBN regulation encumbrances etc.? FBN has ben very conservative with dividends, unless Ote$ decides to bring a change.

If the Allied forces were afraid of losing fighters in both world wars, we would all be speaking German by now. This is just the brutal reality of war and why it is always better to avoid one unless absolutely necessary. And when you eventually go into the war, you go all in and do everything it takes to win, not all this one leg in one leg out that America is doing. It is the same reason they haven't won a war since.

Israel has lost over 2000 soldiers since October 7, but do you hear them wailing over it? No. Because they have a stronger mentality. They know what it means to win a war, and if a soldier dies, they carry on.

See America now: any military analyst with half a brain knows the only way to defeat Iran is through a combined air campaign and ground assault to topple the IRGC, but because they don't want to lose soldiers, now all their aircraft carriers are over 300 kilometres away from the coast of Iran. How can you win a war with that kind of mindset? You think if Israel had half the power of the US military, they would be thinking twice about going into Iran.

America's goal is NOT to topple the IRGC.
The main goal is to destroy the nuclear facilities.
The secondary goal is to prevent Iran from hijacking the Strait of Hormuz as property or asset under sole sovereignty of Iran
