I could count a minimum of 7 police officers at the scene during the first stabbing. The German police were just mouthing verbal commands while people were getting stabbed, and one tried to tackle the terrorist before tackling the wrong person and ultimately getting stabbed in the neck.

As someone who once lived in Romania, I'd recommend that country over a thousand times before any other country in Europe. I do dream of going back to that place.
