2. Yes depending on how fast the school responds and processes your CAS + your payments processes (Form A vis-a-vis black market or online payment), visa processing timeline (there can sometimes be delays from UKVI but a priority payment might make it faster barring issues with your application).

Better to start or to have submitted a visa application before the end of the visa for the previously completed course.

If the Post Study Visa (PSV) is still in place at the time, you can apply/start before the PSV expires.

Outside of the 2 situations above, you'll need to leave the UK and apply after your intended rest period of 6 months.

Whatever reason you give also has to be backed up by irrefutable evidence. If anyone gives a possible reason here, would you have verifiable evidence that was in existence as at May 13? So you see that this is a bit tricky.
Getting legal advise might help at this point.

They just need to include evidence that proves that they've been in a genuine relationship over the 3 years.
Documents include but not limited to
1. Pictures pre and during the marriage. With each other, the children e.t.c.

2. Children's birth certificates with both their names as parents.

3. Letters from the children's school(s) addressed to both of them.

4. Any govt issued letter/documents - driving licence, tax letters, voters card, National ID card e.t.c. showing that they live at the same address.

5. Joint accounts showing that they have or had the same address from when he was in Nigeria.

6. Individual account statements showing same address for them, upkeep/transfers from on party to the other, chat history and phone calls covering the time apart.

7. Any other documents that show the links between them.

They did traditional marriage years back with no certificate issued, and both have three kids together. During the sister hubby uk visa application, he already ticked married and included my sister as the wife even without a marriage certificate then.

Please I want to know if my sister can put in her application now as dependent considering that their marriage certificate is just a week old?

GPs will only give sick notes for sickness 7 days and over. If you want for less than 7 days, i think that comes at a cost.
Self certification is just you letting your employer know that you're sick and unable to come to work while complying with their policy on reporting sickness - some have forms for you to fill while others will take your word for it.
Some will have you fill out a form upon your return to work so you'd need to find out what the process is with your employer.

No one can tell you how long an Administrative Review will take as it is outside the normal vis processes and is like a black box that can't be tracked. The regular timeline in the past used to be 2 weeks but this often stretched for 2 months or more then.
The website has recently to give a timeframe of up 6 months so you might have to wait for 4 more months. It might be less or more but all you can do at this stage is to wait.

1. Make this explanation on your application. Include your original birth certificate and your mum's marriage certificate to your stepfather if necessary.

2. If you have a copy of the old one, include it.
If not, make an explanation and include pictures of you together from birth till now. Hospital documents from when they were born + letters from their schools from the point of registration till now might help.

You don't need an agent for their visa applications.
You'd need
1. Birth certificates showing that you're their mother.

2. If you're not married to their father, you'd need a court order granting you sole responsibility for the children.

3. You might need to show evidence that prior to coming to the UK that you were fully responsible for them and that their care arrangement after you left is/was temporary.

4. If you're still with their father, he'll need to be in the UK with you already or be applying at the same time as them. It is mostly very difficult to travel to the UK on a non-visit visa without the other partner except in cases of partner's death or having sole responsibility.
The father's name must be on the birth certificate if he's the biological father.

5. Evidence of your status in the UK: BRP and/or Home Office reference number.

6. Evidence of suitable accommodation for them e.g. Tenancy agreement.

7. Evidence of their care arrangements e.g. schools/nurseries while you're away from home. You can include your correspondence with council- recognised baby sisters or nannies, nurseries, schools.
