What happens if you go ahead without that and form A goes through but you don't get an unconditional offer from the school? Or what if the school decides that you're not a good fit for the course?

Extending your latest date of arrival is up to your school. Each school is different - some might extend if they feel that you can catch up but most won't especially if the class would have started the 1 or 2nd major module because they feel that it would be a struggle for the student to catch up.

Re getting a job, there are other jobs outside menial and care jobs but it can sometimes take a while to get the kind of jobs that you desire but if making money is an immediate concern, try applying to a mix of jobs. People on student visas have come in few weeks before delivery without issues so she might not have any issues but if questioned, she needs to have a plan on how to manage her studies and pregnancy without interruptions to her studies and be able to communicate this to the border officials if asked.

She might be thoroughly questioned by the border officials who might find it difficult to believe that her pregnancy wouldn't impact her studies and might ask her to leave and come back after she's had the baby.

Some people have also been known to wear layers and layers of clothing due to the cold - this makes them look so puffed up. The border official might assume this and not ask any questions. Many pregnant people have come in without

Will the required funds have spent at least 28 days in your account by Dec 17? If yes, then, you're good but if no, please wait till it's 28 days before submitting and paying for your application.
Dec 17 is 28 days if your day 1 is Nov 20. If the complete funds required got into your account on Nov 19, Nov 20 is your day 1. If this is the case, it's safer to submit on Dec 18.

The school has stated what they want and there's nothing anyone here can do about it. You can try mailing the school to see if there's a way around it ie. Letter of instruction from your previous uni or WAEC but if they say no to that then, you have to write the IELTS to school with them.

I was thinking if she goes to the IOM tomorrow and request for a TB certificate with abnormality ticked on the certificate, would this lead to rejection on the visa, as I saw a clause on existing TB certificate that one can apply with abnormal x-ray result but with follow up, except I misread. Another thing that crossed my mind is, can she do another TB test in another center? Maybe after like a week or two, probably things would change for good. Thanks again

Hello everyone. My sister has a visa biometric appointment tomorrow morning 14/12/2022. She did her TB test today 13/12/2022 hoping she would collect the result today and go for the visa biometric tomorrow with assisted service. However, she was asked to do the TB scan twice and later was told to see the Dr. Dr said the result is abnormal that she needs to come by next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for examination and she can now get a result after 10 weeks. Meanwhile, her course starts on January 7 2023 and the school said she must be present for matric on that day. Note that her husband and child have their TB test results already today.

Please what step can she take next:
1. Defer admission to September 2023?
2. Is it possible to ask for refund of school deposit?
3. If she defers for September, when is the earliest she can apply for visa?
4. If she collects a negative TB result after 10 weeks, can she still use it for September admission, as the validity of TB result is 6 months.
5. What's the earliest she can apply for CAS for September start if she defers?
6. Is there any luck if she goes ahead with the visa biometric tomorrow?
7. Can the dependants (husband and son) go ahead with the biometrics without her?
8. If they all cancel their visa application, will there be refunds of both IHS and Visa fees; and when is the latest they can cancel?

Going by your contract, you're not obliged to stay beyond the 1 week stated. Just keep your communications clean and professional, no need to resort to unprofessional language.

During my Visa application under the relationship status I selected Unmarried partner ( i have a fiancé which we are not yet married)

and

Under the Dependant Details if anyone rely on my Financial Support( I selected NO, cos no one rely on me financially even my fiancé she works)

So now i plan doing a Court marriage with her before leaving which she will use the certificate to apply as my dependant ( like in 5-6month time)

So during her application she will submit her own POF to proof her maintenance and i will submit my own POF as well to proof my own school fee balance and maintenance.

i want to know if the plan is okay ? Or is there gonna be issues since I didn’t mention her name in my visa application under my dependant and i picked unmarried partner.
