Totally understandable for op to feel left out cuz dats her husband . They're travelling with op n her husband . It's like another woman coming in ur home n telliing u how things should run in ur home. Da woman calls op's hubby on da phone , dictates what should be cooked , her hubby communicates with her more , any wife wouldn't be happy with all dat .

This other woman in the picture came with her own husband too and he is somewhere in that house. I just feel that the op has sugar coated the scenario a bit about the way she calls her husband to buy stuffs when he's coming home. I still maintain my stance that it is not a big deal so she should not make it one.

If she feels left out, the proper thing to do is to make cooking time a joint affair. There's absolutely nothing to sulk about.

On the other thread she created, she was worried about how she was going to cope with the whole work. Now, she's complaining that she's feeling left out. I saw the part where she said the woman even tried to talk to her but she ignored. It reeks of immaturity, I'm sorry to say.

If she wasn't comfortable coming with them in the first place, she should have put her foot down and be straight forward with her husband. But no, she didn't and kept quiet about it. She probably even consented then came to NL to whine.

Her husband is not a wizard for him to know that his wife isn't comfortable with the idea. There is a reason communication is key in any union. Since she allowed them to come with them, then she should do her best to make herself happy by not blinding herself with unnecessary annoyance for nothing.

The couple will only be with them for few days I'm sure, she should not brew up enmity when there's no need for one. She needs to be tolerant.

If the lady has been idling around with her legs crossed, I'm sure you would have still complained that she's bossy or full of herself.

Now she's tryna help around the house to ease your stress, it's still an issue. The proper thing to do would have been to join her in the kitchen and do the cooking together, not sulking around.

The job description of a security officer in developing countries is the reason females are not often considered. In developed climes the security officer only monitors properties and scenes as the task may entail, and call the police if any abnormality or threat is noticed. In Nigeria for instances, nah you be the police, the gateman, the messenger...you see what i mean?
