Babies learn to sit independently between the ages of 4 and 7 months, by the 8th month they should have achieved that developmental milestone unless there is a presence of Rickets which causes weak, soft bones and such a child should be taken quickly to see a pediatric occupational therapist for early intervention and it would be corrected.
OP, there is no cause for worry since you said she is very strong physically, kicking and everything. Give her more time and she would achieve it.

Acidosis: In whatever you do or read, please note that the very fact that a man and a woman live together as husband and wife doesn't necessarily mean their marriage is "successful". Being together for one, two or three decades is not a true test of marital success. You can't be tolerating your spouse or threatening divorce and tell me your marriage is successful.
This thread to the best of my knowledge is not for homes where tolerance and endurance are the main ingredients. Love is supposed to rule, not tolerance and endurance for rubbish. Please take note OP. You can't be enduring rubbish and tell me you're successful. I agree with you as many do mistake years couples hang on to toxic marriages as successful. |

NaBanga: Henry, I have a friend just like you. There are people talking to him. There are 3 people following him. What he does is listen to music all day to drown out the voices. He also gets a medication from his doctor, that he takes when he needs to make the voices rest. Find your favorite music and listen to it. Take your music with you wherever you go. See a psychiatric doctor and get the right medicine. You don't have to take the medicine all the time. It's for when you need to rest. I wish you the best. Please NEVER advise anyone on Antipsychotic medication to take it whenever he/she feels like, there must be high adherence to frequency and dosage. |

From what you shared, there is an indication of schizophrenia though you need to see a psychiatrist for diagnosis. The hearing of voices (auditory hallucinations), fear, persecutory delusion are some of the signs that you are very likely schizophrenic. The psychiatrist would prescribe you antipsychotic drugs and this must be accompanied with psychotherapy, both one-on-one and family/group therapy.
You will feel better when there is high adherence to your medication and therapy sessions.
Also stating you live with sickle cell anemia, there is the issue of comorbidity, make the Psychiatrist aware of this so that he/she will put that into consideration while making prescription. |

Family › Re: Borrowing or Lending money from or to in-laws, I need help? by Mindlog: 4:07pm On Feb 08, 2020 |
chukzyfcbb: It doesn't always apply to all families.
it's in these scenario that we know how strong our relationship amongst our siblings are.
I am not a fan of selling and sharing all the money from late parents properties, it always lead to waste!
Typically, there should have been a joint acct amongst two or three siblings where they put their late parents money into, that way there is transparency.
Any project, medical expenses and what not to be carried out will be done with the knowledge of the others (joint acct)
Usually when properties are sold and shared like this, give it 5yrs max, you will start hearing Stories of how the money was squandered from dablling into a bizness that crashed and what not.
Now is the time that they all put heads together and see how to grow thier late dad's wealth, but it's all dependent on their relationship.
There is strength in unity, this is how families build an empire! not selling properties and sharing it like rats!!! There is nothing like sharing it like rats, it is being realistic and not sentimental. With all the siblings all married except one and each in a different part of the world with their spouses and kids, why should there be the need for joint account with siblings when you are already married? Each used their share to invest in properties/portfolios in their own personal and nuclear family's name. |

EdwardRandy: Oga or madam, he said the gospel truth. Men are polygamous by nature, when a man sees a woman the first thing that come to his mind is sexx. A man loves with his d*ck first before his heart. Because men who make effort to have self control around women are weaklings? Don't mistake promiscuity for polygamy, there is a difference between having the urge to have random sexual partners and having more wives who would have more children for you and you would be responsible for them all. |

Acidosis: The moment you got your dad's pension, money ought to have been shared among the family members (your mom and children). E.g. 40% can go to the mother while the children shares the remainder (60%) in whatever ratio they decide on.
You do not keep monies meant for the entire family in the pocket of an "administrator", usually first-borns.
It will save you lots of stress and also caution individuals to mind their business. It wouldn't be your business if your sister decides to spend hers on her hubby.
How can you trust a woman that "abandons" y'all to spend the rest of her life with another man with your collective wealth?
You people overate this family thing too much that you feel money can't separate y'all. I agree with you on that. Our firstborn son suggested that he solely manages our late parents' properties and would be remitting quarterly to us his siblings but we refused because we have clear idea of firstborn sons and their sense of entitlement when it comes to properties, we had the properties sold and shared the money amongst us, each choosing how to spend/invest their share and that got my big bro angry, saying we have no clean hearts towards him and his wife but in the real sense it is for the good of everyone, to avoid unnecessary claims in the future. |
