Lazy APC youths, wake up. You expect PDP to presents its presidential candidate now and Bubu alongside his foot soldiers like Lie Lie Muhammed will start the hunting game. PDP is smarter under Uche Secondus. It is called politics. Even in the eleventh hour, i can assure you that Bubu is going back to Daura if INEC will conduct free and fair election. The failed attempt by APC led government in collaboration with INEC to recall Distinguished Sen. Dino Melaye while in custody speaks volume. |
Chukwuka16:You have rightly said it. The problems we encountered in Nigerian universities are mostly driven by lazy students who think that lecturers can be gratified. I have seen where students complain that a particular lecturer is very strict and fails students. I told them it is not possible that any lecturer in question will fail a student that passed his/her course. Though, there are some few randy male lecturers who are after sex. For some students who graduated from RSUST, you will know or hear of Mr Mac 'Odo. I wouldn't know whether he has now bagged PhD. If he has, then my due respect to Dr Mac' Odo. Students kept saying that he doesn't collect "sorting", yet he doesn't give students their desired grade. Having told them it is not possible that he won't passed a student who actually passed, I decided to do something stupid and to prove them wrong. I have long pleaded for forgiveness from God. I had to get the study material for just three days to the exam from one student who claimed he has written the course for three years (first, he wrote it, the last two, a machinery did it). I went in for the exam and I promised the said student B given that I didn't want to stay long in the exam hall. Hence, I decided to attempt only three questions as against four that was required despite that I knew the answers to all the questions. The guy told me he needed " E". Few weeks after, the guy called me that he made "B". Same was the case with the person who sat next to me who has also written the course for two years. It was then they agree that the man doesn't Fail students. I advised students to stay off from impersonation. For me, if i catch any of my students, there's no amount of plead that will make the student not to faced SDC |
Chukwuka16:By the special grace of God, I am a product of the first two universities in Nigeria. I opted for Ui for post graduate studies because I always like to test myself that my merit doesn't come from a a particular system. On getting there, it was proven. And to the glory of God, I have never given any lecturer #1 throughout my sojourn. And I don't expect any student to give me. Students have tried this and I refused. Some because of closeness, will sometimes transfer recharge card to my phone. In as much as I didn't request, it doesn't change who I am and my objectivity. |
bjnice:I am sorry for my choice of word, nonsense. |
bjnice:Young man, this is uncalled for of a truth. Firstly, you and I will agree that a greater proportion of students who are admitted into MSc Ui graduate with PhD grade. So it was in the era of weighted average when I had my MSc from the same institution and even now with a threshold of 5.0 on 7.0. What will the same student says when it comes to MSc in Econs where students hardly make PhD grade? The guy whose the lecturer awarded what I could terned "unfair" grade during his MSc, was he enrolled to run errands for his lecturer or to study and show himself worthy both in learning and in character? I know so many lecturers in Ui who don't care about the service students offer them when it comes to marking the students scripts objectively. In the light of this, I have taken time to advise some students to focus on their academics rather than trying to impressed a lecturer with services that he/she is not employed for. I have had the course of awarding a student (male) 40 for a six credit unit project at Ui. I did that to safe him rather than asking him to appear before SDC and defend his action. |
bjnice:Stop this nonsense. Ui that I am part of awards a student what he deserves. Is there any year that at least 100 students do not graduate with First Class from Ui? Few days ago, I asked one of my students who recently graduated, what was his class of graduation? I was happy when he didn't say, they gave me 2.2. He said, "Sir, it is not good. I made 2.2". And I encouraged him to ask God to blessed the certificate. |
mebad:Old man |
Paulloveiheoma:Lol @ First class that can't apply for post graduate admission in person. Fela calls such Shoe maker |
Paulloveiheoma:Lol @ he's never an upright man. Bro, can you show me the evidence? Prof Alapiki is a respected academic in all ramifications. I am not his spokes man. Of course, as an academic, he's not expected to get one. At least you testify of securing A once in his course. And you think that if you had secured A in others, he won't award it to you? |
Paulloveiheoma:Bro, I understands your plight very well. I am speaking from experience as both a student at a point and academic. 1. It takes more than you can imagined to graduate with First Class. Grace is also involved. 2. Let it be known to you that hardly will any lecturer denied an intelligent and smart student First Class if he actually deserves it. Do you want us to believe that lecturers can call a meeting to deny you First Class? 3. I am not a Political Scientist but I do know that it is a discipline that's highly subjective in arguments owing to the fact that there are several school of thought. Hence, a student who wants to make First Class in such a department has to understudy the school of thought each lecturer belongs in order to write in that direction. Will you be comparing making First Class in Pol Sc to Physics which has laid down procedures? 4. It's unfortunate what you pointed out before us. Uniport lecturers are known for that. I can attest to it having understand the tenet of Choba and its environ. However, you still have few exceptional academics such as Prof Alapiki. Indeed, you will say that he's a sadist. I will rather say he's a disciplinarian who has proven upright in his calling over time. 5. The fact that some of your colleagues got grade they never deserved because of their relationship with some academics shouldn't bother you. Speak for yourself. I keep telling people that when I looked back in the course of acquiring some level of education, what gives me joy is that I have never given any lecturer #1. My lecturers rather gave me. 6. It is more honorable to fail than to cheat. |
mebad:Young man, prof Alapiki is an upright man. You know that. It takes smart students to understand what he expects from a student. |
This won't help you. You informed us that both teaching and non-teaching staff of a department are sadists because you couldn't make first class. 1. Do you know what it takes to make First Class grade when you don't know that staff is not pluralised as you presented before us. 2. Stop consoling yourself on your inability to graduate with First Class; that's if at all you made 2.1 3. No department in the University has ever denied any student who deserves First class from being celebrated. A typical example of this is the department of History and International Relations, Ui where some graduates like you from the department have said it before me, "The department doesn't award First Class". They were proved wrong last year when the department awarded First Class to a deserving graduate after 58 years of inception. 4. Does First Class guarantees success in life? Haven't you seen or heard of third class employing First Class? |
I am short of words. It does happen. My greatest worry is the fact that the consequence often times has greater impact on the student's academic performance given that project is six credit unit. Nonetheless, I will advised the young beautiful lady not to give in. It doesn't worth having sex that one isn't comfortable with. It is more honourable to fail than to have sex with someone who forced one into it. |

Pls disregard the scam free MTN data from this so called lazy "incoming.." Or pres... Of a guy. He needs a free card. Idiot |

This is clearly a litmus test for Buhari, Jagaban, Bello and some APC states ahead of 2019. We can't subscribed to a failed party again. A party that brought killing, hunger, poverty, disunity, thuggery, kidnapping, and all negative traits. Enough is Enough |
chukwukahenry:What will you used the 100 likes for? Na money? |
Preshy561:Dear, you guys shouldn't fight over nothing. It doesn't worth it. |

Lalas247:Please I am in the dark. I need some exposure. |
Lazy youths de dis country, walahi. In fact, our mumu don do. See as dem want help Collins packaged him own publicity and turn am to celeb. |
Lalas247:My dear, for what? What will he used the nudes for. Can the benefit be compared to the danger of a third party laying his/her hand on them? As a result of the nature of the man's work, they hardly reside together (which I don't support such), video chat is enough provided the man will not save it. Or such nudes will be deleted immediately they are consumed. |
If I am Distinguished Sen. Dino Daniel Melaye, after now I will sue INEC and Yaya Bello for damages by only using twenty people on the recall register as evident in impersonation of signatories. |
Thank God for the good people of Kogi West Senatorial district who have shown another round of support to the most vibrant and outspoken senator in the 8th Assembly |
Lalas247:My dear, what will one's husband need a video of their sexual exploits for? He will only be angry when the lady say no if he has some interior motives behind the request. It is not save. His phone can be stolen and the content will be made public or used for black mailing the family. Seeing one's woman nude in the bathroom or bedroom is it not enough? |

NL disregard this lazy youth and his scam of free MTN data. |
Reintroduction of Ekpo nka owo amongst people of Annang and Ibibio extraction of Akwa Ibom will not go well for female children of these days. The deity was so bad that it kills during child birth; married women who have extra marital affairs. The society is not like what was obtainable in the past. The people of Akwa Ibom obviously will not welcome such again. They are now well read. |
Euouae:Are they not better than you that waits for hours for your stupid Bubu convoy to passed? |
