If you care to have the best design from an excellent Engineer and Designer, kindly pm me via email. Besides, your sketch shows complexity and needs retouching to avoid regrets later. If you want the house to be for the old, why don't you put general toilets at both sides ? Forget the cost, it's just proper. Also, doors need to be fit very well

The design seems okay but, the IInd flat(right part) was poorly designed. The entrance door & the master bedroom for the right part can be problematic. The lobby seem too opened too. Why is the living room just visible to anyone in the lobby & technically from anyone in the bedroom? You should revisit the right side of ur design

Welcome. Setting out is also a surveyor's operation. There are lots of other responsibilities for a surveyor on a building site. For example, excavation level, blinding level, foundation level, ground floor level and other suspended levels must be established by surveyor. Were gradient/slope needs to be set out, leveling will be carried out. Leveling is a skill most civil engrs must posses in other to be successful in construction. My friend, a civil engineer, works as a surveyor with a road construction co and is good at it. His colleagues were put on redundancy while only he kept his job during the loss of construction jobs last year.

Leveling is not needed to make a site plan.

Assume a 2-dimensional space, Leveling is the vertical difference (in the Y-axis) of point A and point B while traversing is horizontal difference (in the X-axis) of point A and point B. A site plan is a horizontal plan but a building section shows you the vertical characteristics which is where leveling of the land is required.

Secondly, when you buy a piece of land, the boundaries of the land must be described on the document. Its is either you are given the coordinates of the plot or the plot is given as an offset from an established benchmark (beacon) close to the plot. If its a benchmark, then traversing may be required to establish the plot but coordinates are more direct.

How is the coordinates gotten for each land? Every point on earth has a unique coordinate established from latitudinal and longitudinal lines drown across the globe. A coordinate is a set of 2 figures, the first called northing and second called easting. A squared plot will have 4 sets of coordinates. Also, 2 set of coordinates will have a specific distance between them. For example this coordinate point N377298.745, E1483[b]0[/b]34.794 is exactly 100m from the point N377298.745, E1483[b]1[/b]34.794. The 100m is also in a specific direction.

The ideal thing is that plots are sold after a layout has been made by either government or private developers. A large piece of land is broken into several piece of plots which the developer will establish the coordinates to sell to the buyer. The buyer will go directly to his land from the coordinates given.

Not a surveyor but i think the land surveyor as first duty transfers the coordinates of a piece of land on paper to land giving you physical boundaries of the piece of land. This can be achieved by traversing which is a method of surveying. Other methods could be used such as GPS. If an established benchmark (beacon) exist close by, traversing is the cheapest surveying method compared to using the GPS.

Leveling is a surveying method for establishing elevations of different points. Its required for design purposes where the elevation is necessary to make a plan. So leveling comes last.

Had a similar experience with my tenants in warri. They refused to pay and telling stories to pack out.. Just went there during raining season with workmen and removed the whole roof of the building.. Omo them quickly find their level

Don't conclude yet that it is a VGA problem until you see an engineer. I am a board engineer based in Lagos. If it is a a VGA problem, then it either you go for a re-ball (changing the VGA chip) which is the permanent solution or the engineer can apply a soft heat on the cheap (tempoary solution.)

This your PC issue is most likely a screen issue. Because you don't have a VGA cable and may not have the necessary skills to test another screen on it (which will require loosing the laptop), you will have to see an engineer.

the shaking doesnt appear on a screenshot. So, I think it has to be the display(vga) & not the screen. You a repairer? where do u base?

i dont understand what you mean by the shaking is not visible on screen. Do you mean, it shakes for a while and then works normal only for it to resume shaking again? Next time it shakes, try tapping the screen with your fingers or palm (dont hit it too hard so that the screen breaks ooo) and see if there will be any effect.if you notice any changes, then your screen is the culprit.
Other causes are 1)bad signal cable 2)VGA problem (especially if your laptop motherboard is AMD or has additional graphics card like ATI or NVIDIA)
Try connecting your laptop to an external monitor and check if the display is still shaking on the monitor. if it is shaking, then that is a VGA problem, if it is not shaking in an external monitor, then your screen or signal cable are the culprit.

It shakes up and down for like 2secs interval continuously. I have tried tapping the screen & applying little force to the casing to see if it is "un-tight" screws but, to no avail.

I do not even have access to an external monitor. I don't know how to get one. I'm in Benin.
These repairers these days cannot be too careful, anything to confirm the actual fault will be highly welcome..

Tom Polo have never really gotten that face during Ibori days, but Ayiri is known to be his stooge including Okowa and the past govt. Now that Ayiri is working so hard to bring APC into Delta state, with is boss coming out soon as presume, the coming events will be interesting. For me Tom polo won't make much fuss, he has successfully put Okowa as the governor for 8 yrs and that should be enough for him.

Ibori was suppose to be a VP/president but, obasanjo had issues with that. Ibori was framed & his crimes were made bare - he was held in UK. Many believed some pipo in the likes of obasanjo made cases up for him. Well, they're all corrupt and have things they could be jailed for but, why Ibori at that time? He was sad. To top it all, Obasanjo brought Jonathan from nowhere to become VP in the quest to secure license for their oil wells. Ibori was tried and jailed. While he was away, delta state has gone out of hand.... he gave uduaghan (past governor) the seat and uduaghan was to pass it on to either an itsekiri, isoko or ijaw( according to the G3 rule created by Ibori - as we heard back then )but, through Jonathan (former president) tompolo became the godfather of Delta state. He placed James manager, okowa and otuaro in their present seat. That couldn't have been ibori's plan for the state. His brother (uduaghan) was no longer in control. The bitter pill for Ibori to swallow was when Jonathan did not appeal to UK for his release. Tompolo & other ijaws maybe prefer he rots in jail while they control the state for now. They certainly knew what they where doing because it was until few months to Jonathan's exit before they told Jonathan to assist Ibori which he of course, didn't. For me, Tom polo & ijaws have more issues with Ibori compared to ayiri & the itsekiris. You see, it really depends on who becomes loyal to him immediately he arrives the state. I see ayiri doing that quickly. He is a chief in itsekiri & Ibori is related to itsekiri(maternal) .... that's my take
