i just wonder why the first batch were called straight for induction and the second batch were asked to come for medicals?? any how sha, will there be a 3rd batch, cos some of us havent been called up yet, but i believe we will.let me know. thanks y'all. |

guys was told by a friend whose friend works in the bank that before the list for inmduction came out, default mails were sent to all those who went for the interview and i guess the write ups in our candidates portal will change to reflect our invitations for inductions when it comes. at least that is good news, cos virtually everyone who wasnt invited for 1st batch has the same information on his/her portal. we hope for the best and by God's grace, am there with y'all! |
hi everyone.just checked mine but its displaying some kinda info like after careful consideration they are not processing application. all my folks who had interviews with me on the same day has similar info. am meant to understand this is first batch shorlistment, please does anyone think we have a chance? help! |
their policy on recruitment change year after year depending on how much replacements they want and new branches being created, so certainly we shouldnt be holding down to how many were recruited last year, as a measure for what would happen this term. just pray you are taken whether they are taking five or nine or twenty or seven hundred! i should think the results for the last interviews should be out later this week or at most first week of may. lets keep posted on this ok, for anything new. meanwhile, a freind told me he was asked to sign on a sheet after he had his session last week with the panel of interviewers. is there anyone else with a similar experience? lets know and all the best guys! cheers |

hi all. i got the sms and email. when you go the firstbank site, scroll to the news bar. you'll see executive trainee interview and then read thru to the place where you are asked to click "here" to printy letter. after you do that, wait for another small window to open, where you have to log in your no.if you are successful, your page will open and you'll see print page or close window at the foot of it. wishing us all success in this one. my date is tuesday 17th. in abuja. see yu guys, ok. we'll get the interview hints soon. |

guys, have checked it out a couple of times and found same stuff; kept telling me"runtime errors". if its truly in todays guardian paper, then i guess they are yet to set the page, so lets see what happens tomorow or next. i believe its an internal problem. |
you guys squirming at someone else for crying out loud, y dont you go and sit for the test and see if you come out of it.I am sure it wasnt all about the MS Word thing but the limited time given for the Excel practicals, where you have to perform ten questions in ten minutes. now go and claim you can do that in 5mins or less, computer gurus. mind you, alot of folks went in for the test without any idea of what to expect. this fellow shares his feelings and gives insight to what the test is all about for the benefit of others about to write, and you're calling his bluffs. take it easy!!! i would like to say he tried cos lots of folks went in and never came out with a word cos they probably were also hurt not making it. how many posts have you read on this subject with somone giving you clues about the test. i think that speaks enough. but like someone said here, its an expereince and we ought to develope a positive attitude towards it. i knew about 3 candidates from2 other airlines in the same airport who are in T&R and Customer service who said it was ridiculous basing a customer service test on computer, when in reality they have got absolutely little business with excel in their job specifications. I wish you all the best and all i can say is keep trying and never give up. |

i know you guys have tried who posted hints on interview/I.T skill test. i just want to request for you to please state whether or not the excel practical talked about has to do with operating the system or answering the questions on paper. are you going to be provided with computer units? i and others awaiting this test willbe more than grateful for this information.at least, we got the part about the MS word objective set questions and we'll do our best. wish you all the best, ok.waiting for your replies. thanks,y'all. |

was told first bank questions are 100 to be answered in 120 minutes. i think its like maths, english; 40 questions each and then 20 critical reasoning. am not sure about the details please |
please house, a number of peeps have come here to tell us they have been called up for VNA I.T skill test/ interview, but when they are asked to tell us what its like they rarely show up to help. some of us are invited for the test on monday and havent an idea what it looks like.please can someone help me out? thanks, y'all. |

its true big time. i was informed by my friends who are currently in nysc camp abuja that they got text messages today inviting them for the said test tomorow. what remains an issue therefore is whether it is strictly on ivy or not. however, i would suggest if you're in abuja, take your chance and try this one. |

ashala, its about the total incentives you get to recieve from both organisations. try finding out what VNA's incentives are like. But above all, its about what gives you fulfilment. you should know what kinda job will fill that. then, please let me know when you wrote virgins' test, where and what batch. i know those who wrote in Lag back in January had time batches. now its your turn to offer help on this issue as well, aaaight. make your choice and have a deep convincing thought. surely, you wont get over worked out in VNA like oceanic, cos they (vna ) run shifts, albeit at odd hours sometimes. that should do for now. |
