If you have not been eating unripe plantain,please do. It will help with your iron issue. Unripe plantain porride. garnished with smoked fish and vegetables and liver. Try it for week and see things change for the better. It is well

I am a FTM and I am advising all pregnant women out there that it is not easy and if you can afford Epidural please use it coz it really helped with my pain. I don’t know how it would have been without Epidural. Be at last I give God the praise because Child birth is a miracle. Before i forget, i notice say my navel dey sink inside and after some. minutes or hours it will start poping out gradually. And when its inside i feel a little pain when i touch it. Abeg shey na this small tiger they play with the cord abi na something else.
Oga google said its expansion of the uterus and it happen during the second trimester.

For days now to. Sleep na problem. After eating i will like 2 hours and that's it. No more sleep again. I have tried mang things for where sleep no show, i just dey change positions on top bed anyhow still no sleep. Lord please i want my sleep before vigilant begins Abeg.

Furniture smell, plastic smell, fruit smell, Perfumes etc..Infact I made dh stop creaming and using anything with fragrance.I've changed soaps like 6 times cos of smell.lol.I can't drink room temperature water cos it makes me puke. Watermelon and Vegetable soups is my biggest challenge. can't keep them down.. so interesting a journey. in all I thank God for everything. I know it will be fine soon.
