Please I just vomited for the first time since our 55 days journey, I now feel weak and restless
I feel like lying on my tummy coz it's doing me somehow somehow however DH cleaned the vomit and placed me on the bed properly and brought my phone close for me, what a caring man although he suggested maybe another baby is forming that's why I feel this way Taa bu Taa.

How many times am i supposed to run a scan before the full term? At what stages? I mean, at what weeks respectively?

Headache o, make I see weda the sleep go come while I wait for those way dey online

Sorry Mama!!!! This our DH is a special breed i tell you. You are really lucky!!!! Chai please dont rest on your tommy and press our baby, besides the baby will not make. It comfy for you at all.

The doc at the hospital will run the scan at different stages don't worry you hear!!!! Just rest well, be hydrated by drinking water and eatkng fruits that has water. And eat plenty fruits and vegetables!!!!

Hi everyone, was so glad when hubby sent me a link to this thread, am 10 weeks preg, my first pregnancy, am so excited cause I had delay in conceiving. It has been all hell throughout previous week that I keep crying all day, I hear of morning sickness and other symptoms but mine is incredibly much, got no choice than to tender resignation letter where I work. For complete one month I don't get up from the bed, dizziness, weakness, heavy headache, high temperature, nausea, shortness of breath, no single appetite for food, in fact all I used to like most became so disgusting to me, have to park all my flashy wears to hide them cause the site of them irritates me, have visited hospital but kept telling me all are part of the symptoms i should endure or still go for admission�� I feel badly for hubby cause it has not been easy for him too seeing his wife lying helplessly all through day, he goes to market, cook and do every hoise chores��...

Congratulations mama!!! You are not alone in this. Other mamas that have experience this will come and choke mouth.

It will stoo at the second trimester. Please ensure you drink water and take folic acid daily as the baby needs it especially this period, dont miss it. I hope you have started antenatal so that doctor can monitor you properly. I have you done blood teat to check if your pcv is low or ok? Please endeavour to do so.

It is well mama, it will surely end in praise! The Lord that started this journey will surely complete it in Jesus Name, Amen. You will soon get ti the honeymoon phase ie the swcond trimester hopefully all these symptoms will stop.

Please sabi mamas, the kpekus ministry should resume when exactly? It irritates me these days, I think since the 55 days journey, we've had just twice but hubby kept suggesting that Dr. Google encourages it often to help the ministry flow smoothly & freely...how true biko? (Both of us na novice)

I usually feel this sensation on my right pelvic, as if it's drawing, dragging kind of (pardin the English biko)
I want to believe this is normal?

I also need the book and any other book that I must have missed out coz I just joined the thread newly.

You can calculate it using the date of your last menstrual period LMP. Use the app FLO OR BABY CENTER TO CALCULATE IT or Use this link https://www.calculator.net/due-date-calculator.html

As for the kpekus you can ask your doctor. He or she will ask questions like if you had previous miscarriage, or if there is discomfort during kpekus such as pain or blood etc. If yes, you should jejely abstain until he or she clears you for kpekus. Nne we need to be careful biko. Put baby first above all for now, make dh understand.

For me we had to abstain for months cos me sef fear dey catch me cos i started feeling pain in jayna whenever oga trys to enter as if i be virgin again. I wasn't dry ooo very wet and ready to do it!!! When he tried once and i bleed but the bleeding stopped after some minutes. I was told it implantation bleeding but after that incident kpekus was put on hold. Dh sef no gree oo i took him to antenatal na doc tell am say that place is sealed until we were cleared.

Congratulations mama and welcome. Please add folic acid to the pregnacare and take it maybe 4 times in aweek as the folic acid in pregnacare is not enough. Recommended dosage is 400 mcg pregnacare has 400 ug

nothing to use oo, itch biko, wen I was pregnant with my first born son, that's how I was itching eh, mamas told me same that stretch mark will be on tummy..I could not help but itch d more..I had my baby and my tummy was very smooth , no stretch mark atall..I jus believe is d type of skin u have sha or when u have had more kids..kpele nne

Your expanding skin is dry. Oil your bump frequently and this should stop itching so you don’t end up with stretch marks [s]although some stretch marks still show up regardless[/s]

Am fine oooo. Just that the baby want me to be eating anyhow. I have weight target and doc confirm it that i should not add more than 10kg for the total pregnancy base on my current weight and petite size. But my baby get hin own plans ooo see me waking up at 3am to eat else no sleep oooo.

What are the daily routine drug for second trimeter

My doc gave me same drugs i took in my first trimester folic acid, blood medicine(MIM) a d added calcium at the second trimester.

Amen to the prayers. Everyone here is so nice. Congratulations to all, wonderful Birth Stories too, i kept saying ‘wow’. Lol.

I have been having some form of all day nausea, spitting, bloating since week 5 but At 12wks 5days (2 weeks ago), i woke up and as usual, started vomiting and retching. I suddenly felt a gush of blood and immediately called my husband. By the time he came into the bathroom, i was standing in a pool of bright red blood that just refused to stop. I pretty much felt I just had a miscarriage and just wanted to go to the ER to sort it all out. I wore a pad and off to the hospital we went.
My husband was panicking but i was surprisingly calm. I just kept saying “Let your will be done Oh Lord”.

After being admitted at the ER and getting my blood drawn for tests, we finally went to the scan room. My husband saw the baby first and screamed. . Heartbeat was strong too to the glory of God. Unfortunately, they confirmed I had a Subchorionic Hematoma and explained I needed to be on bed/pelvic rest and hope it’ll resolve on it’s own, as it typically does so by 20-22weeks.
In 4 hours, i went through 5 fully soaked sanitary pads and eventually passed a huge fist-sized clot (sorry for the TMI).

They also saw 6 fibriods (I was aware of 4) and told me 2 of them had gotten quite big- I knew, because I had been feeling serious pains from one and I could occasionally feel the hardness-

Since then, I’ve been spotting very dark blood which my doctor says is good, as it just means i’m passing ‘old’ blood and no fresh bleed. I’ve also been staying super hydrated and been on house arrest lol. Next appointment isn’t until Jan 14th but I intend to go to the hospital so my nurse can use their doppler to listen to baby’s heartbeat.

Hoping it all ends in praise. I’m 14wks 4days today and still tired, nauseous and still spitting.

I remember this squabble. the two transport company were competing for customers thereby reducing the tfare from Nsukka to Lagos to a Chicken change (I think N500-100). Students started going back home to Lag every weekends . It might not be up 16 years. Was still a teenager then.
