I think the Federal Government in collaboration with the State should sit down with the parties involved, and find a solution to this problem. The former VCs, Prof. Eze and Prof. Asiabaka, had the same problem with the communities. |
Mykelking007:Hello, can you share some of those materials you got from udemy? |
He is talking shit by saying "State governors should work hard and concentrate on working and making their various states work and they should better the lives of the citizens they govern? He is saying shit for saying "The solutions to our challenges must come from us regardless of what level of government we are"? He is spilling shit for saying "those of us who were elected at all levels of government, we should avoid partisanship and focus to make our immediate surroundings a better place" The politics of hatred and bitterness has turned some of you to something else.... for real! Wailing blindly without thinking 'logically' about a topic, just outright blind wailing! Gone are the days we discuss politics with mature minds on Nairaland. Now, some people have taken over, emphasis on some people .Let's leave it at that. What a pity! @the bolded, Words of a wise man! God bless you. You are 100% right with all you have written. We are in PH presently also. So we know what you are talking about. We posted the below in response to one of our friends here sometime last year. Golden words.....
Restructuring Nigeria means to restructure the whole damn thing: Federal, States and Local Government, and not just the Federal. Learn to keep aside sentiments when it comes to sensitive issues like this. |
I must admit I have gained priceless information from all your contributions, and I have decided to forget c++ ( which I had in mind to learn before venturing into Misra c or Autosar) for now and learn the basics. And I want to start with java, but my problem now is a good laptop. I want experienced programmers to advice me on the configurations of laptop a beginner on tight budget should consider. Also, I plan to upgrade the laptop later, but want something affordable and powerful enough to handle java software. |
It seem c++ is ideal for embedded systems which I intend going for, but I want to know which laptop specifications one should consider? |
dustmalik:Are you suggesting we should fold our hands and let the man walk free because of his reforms in the Telecom sector? |
Vivuch:Your comment is heavily skewed. How many past VCs in UNN are of Nsukka origin? The current VC is not from Nsukka (Anambra state to be precise) as well as top officials in the University. I implore you to read and know your facts before commenting. |
sixsgod:Yes. |
Olagadget:Yes, if your GP after conversion is less than 2.95, then you stand a chance. |
Check out Germany. Use this link to convert your GP to German point scale. https://www.tum.de/en/studies/application/grade-conversion-formula-for-grades-earned-outside-germany/ If your point scale is less than 2.95 after converting, then you stand a chance. |
Aketi2:That one system of governance favours one does not necessarily mean it will favour another. Democracy favours the West and they are ok with it, meanwhile China adopted communism and it is working well for them, So I do not see the reason for the West trying to act as if they know it all. |
Aketi2:With respect to the bolded part, If we were to compare communism in China and democracy in Nigeria, which would you choose? |
Empirical2:Do you think China is an African country where the West and her cronies direct and influence her livelihood? China is way beyond the influence of the West and any confrontation with China will spell Doom to the West. |
These pictures goes to show that Christians in Nigeria are not going to church to worship God, but to seek solutions to their problems, however, these problems are caused by the corrupt leaders in power which the citizenry are directly and indirectly supporting. |
I found this picture some time ago, and I keep wondering if human history is what we were told, or there is a deliberate attempt to write off the black race from the history of mankind.

Funshotimidayo:You failed to read the part where he mentioned getting to Germany/Italy illegally. |
I have read so many stories about the hype in migrating to first world countries, and after careful observation both online and offline, I can deduce there are 4 kind of people who write/preach such stories; 1. Those who traveled illegally. 2. Those who think travelling abroad is a get rich quick venture. 3. Those who came from a privileged family. 4. Village people who seek to keep you perpetually poor and backwards. Travelling to a first world country is a good way out of poverty if you're educated and not from a privileged family. Also, do not attempt to japa through illegal means and remove your mind from hitting a jackpot in 6 months after arrival. If you can heed to this advice, you are sure of getting the best out of life abroad. |
jelel6:America stole advanced technologies from Nazi Germany after the fall of Hitler. Read up "Operation paperclip" for clarification. |
"Slave" and "Servitude" are loosely used in this discussion, and I wonder if there is another meaning to these words, or the folks using them do not understand its meaning. |
Raydos: Raydos:You started this trend on a good note, and I was enjoying it till I came across this post. This singular post of yours summarizes the mindset of most average Nigerian and Africans in general - self hate/inferiority complex which is as a result of miseducation and whitewashed of African history - which has sadly limited our thoughts process. Africa, pre colonial era had well structured cities and empires - Ghana, Mali, Songhai, Benin, Bornu, Igbos etc that can be compared head-to-head to most European countries of that time. But, how we declined in the later century to where we are today was/is as a result of foreign Religion introduced by foreigners in Africa. The Conversion of Malis' ruling class to Islam was a turning point to the destruction of that empire as successive emperors launched different holy war to forcefully convert weaker countries to Islam thereby weakening that once beautiful and prosperous empire. Songhai followed suit and ended up the same way as her predecessor. As these empires crumbed, the hinterlands became vunerable to attacks and later large scale capturing and movement of slaves ever known to humanity took place onwards till mid 19th century. Africa had beautiful historical heritage and people, and all we need right now is to tell our stories by ourselves else we will keep running around in a cycle. |
Pardon my ignorance, but I want to ask, is anything wrong having one digital currency in use worldwide? |
Ugosample:I asked you, "who built those ancient kingdoms"? |
Ifeoluwav:It is evident in most comments here that there is a huge fault deeply encoded in our education system. Before I learnt how internet can be used to source for information, I believed (from what I was taught in school) that an African was too primitive to be considered a human being, and it was the Europeans that liberated Africans from self destruct, but as I grew older and became internet savvy, I researched and found intriguing facts about ancient African civilization, and since then my perception of Africa changed. |
Ugosample:I do not agree with you on this. The great ancient kingdoms of Ghana, Mali, Bornu, Benin, etc are built by who? The answer to the above question will definitely help in analysing what went wrong down the lane. |
Strange things that will change the course of world events are well hidden, but just know most conspiracy theories are pure work of imagination. Al Bielek is one conspiracy theorist whose work centers on time travel know- how hidden by the world government. Phil Schneider is another conspiracy theorist who believes US government made a path with ETs, and ETs are living with us here on Earth. Zecharia sitchin believes alien made us, and a host of others. To anyone reading this piece, it is good to have an open mind about some of these conspiracy theories, but learn to filter what you read so as not to go insane. |
Women also went there to rape the female students abi? If you want to lie try get sense. |

@Emmzy201 That is a good write-up but am a bit confused. The confusion is, when the Annunakis came did the maldekians welcomed them and allowed them to alter the genetic make-up of their invention? and what happened afterwards between the Annunakis and maldekians? |
Emmzy201:Please where are these structures located? |
