segunoy: Yes I am very sure. These is d details of wat happened,I was introduced to devineproperties/Osaz by a user of nairaland, to help look up an office space he intend to use in Nigeria. Upon inspection, we found d property situable for our use and asked for a agreement to be drafted so we can make payment, then eventually did not come up with an agreement and we opted out in taking d place. At the same time, I had seen a 3bedroom (residential) from d same agent also I wanted to collect, dey were to do major renovation on d property and requested a deposit if I was interested, I went ahead to pay a sum of 400,000.00 into d landlords account. They were to complete d renovation wit dat sum and I was to pay the balance and move in. They started the renovation and for over a month and d half, dey did not complete it. All to my surprise, they called that the had taken someone else into the apartment and wanted to return my money less the agreement fee and agency fees. They went further to report me to the police to get me arrested for locking up the property. The landlord who is Mr Alao of No 8 taiwo okoliu street ogba should also be regarded as a dude and be beware of. Their mobile number are attached to my ealier post but here they are again... sammily: Mine was an interview with a bank on the Island. We reported at the head office since morning for the interview. We were ushered into a hall to wait. They never showed up till 8pm (over 10 hrs sitting down doing nothing).I've never been so hungry in my life before as we were not sure if we are allow to leave the hall or not. oadah: I came out with a 3rd class, I felt the world has crumbled on my head cos I narrowly missed 2.2 and to make matters worst my girl friend of 3 years left me because of that. I scouted for job all over 9ja from 2006 after my service, I wrote a lot of banks (finbank, unity bank, gtb and former afribank) aptitude test and I never failed ANYONE, but I was always told to leave after the first interviews , but I still never gave up, in 2008 I wrote a test and passed the aptitude test and interview with one of the largest telecoms company and that was my first job as a Key Account Manager, in 2009 a white man took so much interest after a presentation and took me to schlumbeger, early this year I left for a government appointment after recommendation from the presidency through a colleague, In between these years I have done PGD and gone for professional courses in Uk, SA and US.

The truth is every man has his destiny, amongst my former course mates in The University, I am the most successful and richest, even my former lecturers call me to assist with connection and also solve personal/financial issues.....most of my 2.1 and 2.2 former colleagues that were employed in the Banks have already been sacked,

I don't encourage laziness but if you find yourself with a 3rd class or pass, it's not the end, God has better plans.

Marriage is an outdated institution, there is nothing that you want in a marriage bed that you can not get outside the marriage bed, infact in better more profuse quantities and qualities.
