It's not necessary to build trust and love. It's an option in the pursuit of sexxxual gratification, is all |
paulmoroh: Am a guy nd my wife is loose down there. She has 2 kids. The first baby happens to be very big,so she had tears nd guess it wasn't stitched very well. She is seriously loose. Don't know what d arguement is about ignorance but really a lot of ppl are going thru this. If its not true, there won't be vaginoplasty. The fact that one is okay down there doesn't mean others who says they are loose down there are lieing. Body differ.*my opinion*Sounds like the professionals did not do what they were supposed to, the way they were supposed to. Can we agree that a more competent Dr. would have stitched her up better and she wouldn't be dealing with this problem? Or are we to assume that va..ginal births in general will cause loose pusss.ies? By the way, vaginoplasty is probably more popular amongst the transgendered (men that want a pu..ssy down there). Like any other form of cosmetic surgery, it's available to those who desire enhancements for whatever reason, not as a matter of necessity. Even those who have not had, and do not plan to have children, opt for vaginoplasty Last thing we want is women thinking vagiiiiinal births will destroy their sexxx lives or make their husbands into playboys in search of "neva-born" puss..ies |
jidegirl12: The thing is beyond scary.... I asked my friend and she said she feels tight down there. Enough of my headache jareWe dey o, how are you doing? I feel for those that will opt for elective surgery strictly because of this old wives' tale |
Na wa for dis topic o! Thank God say I don born already, fear go fit wound persin ![]() chaircover: WelcomeMe na gal o All tight too ![]() |
I like jewellery, that's the main reason why I wear my wedding band. A lot of people stop wearing after gaining weight post-wedding because the band becomes too tight |
Oh boy! Did I really write that much? I really need to sleep, brain's too wired up |
This loose pus-sssssy thingy is an urban myth, no? ![]() How come it's from Nigerians I hear such and this Nairaland in particular |
Each person is different but I believe I speak for the majority when I say it's largely due to sedentary lifestyles and eating excessively. I am a lover of certain foods and have a healthy appetite. The trick is to first have a plan to stay in control and then you can reward yourself. Establish how YOU desire to look, not how society or your friends or even husband, want you to look. Husbands mean well and will encourage you to eat all sorts because they forget our metabolism slows as we age. My husband's cooking skills are minimal but he enjoys serving my food and always asking if it's enough, if I want more, even as I'm complaining about gaining weight. You have to identify your "enablers" could be friends, buka/canteen servers, parents or colleagues and don't let them lull you to complacency. If you really don't like the way your ikebe and bo.ooobs look with weight loss, it will naturally be hard to want to lose the weight. Ultimately, you have to know the look you desire. Most women can lose weight and still retain their assets. I'm a proponent of "do not lose your assets" because I have an appreciation for the roles certain body parts play in the achievement of certain heights **nuff said**. I love the African woman's body, a lot of the time we just need to firm up/tone our muscles to burn fat, not really about massive weight loss that causes bo.ooooobs to lose fat and droop, hips and ikebe to sag, etc Have a plan in place to achieve and maintain that weight/look. I find that not shopping for clothes when you are above your ideal weight is the biggest control mechanism I have. Women do not like the feeling of "having nothing to wear". When you feel like buying new clothes to improve your selection because everything feels tight, that is the time to start trimming the fat. After I had my kids, I continued with the maternity clothes until I had lost weight. It is too easy to go from maternity wear to plus sizes. If your clothes don't fit, lose the weight instead of going shopping. I have always said nobody grows overweight overnight. You don't just sleep one night and wake up fat, it takes time to build. Pay attention to your body. If you can fast, then you can count/watch your calories. It takes discipline but it is do-able. If you cannot exercise away the excess calories then you MUST reduce your food intake. Not talking anorexia or bulimia, just good old-fashioned self control. Go to myfitnesspal.com, it has calories for a lot of food. Patapata, retrict yourself to fistful plates per meal if you really find it hard to calculate calories. Truth is, it really doesn't take that much to make the tummy full, we just crave more. One piece of meat per meal is enough, forget about big man eating multiple pieces. If you cannot control your food consumption, then you MUST make time for exercise. Youtube, DVDs even jump roping for 10-30 minutes a day are good start. You have to convince yourself you can find the time, no matter how busy your schedule is. It may mean you have to wake up earlier, sleep later, shower quicker, whatever it takes. Everyone can find 30 minutes in their day. One time, I didn't do any real physical housework for about six months, I couldn't believe how much weight I gained. Keep active, clean your house, wash your car, carry your own groceries, do your own cooking, When you boil meat/chicken, do not use the stock to cook without getting rid of the fat. Freeze the stock in a bowl or cool in the fridge (freezing is quicker), when it's frozen, you will see the thick layer of fat at the top. Scrape that off and throw it away before using the actual "water" underneath. Imagine what that layer of fat does to your body, trust me, you don't need it. Watch your palm oil intake, egusi soup and beans truly do not need that much oil. Same with your stew. Do not deep-fry your eggs, you only need enough thin layer of oil to cover the surface of your frying pan. When you are done frying, there should be little or no oil left in your fry pan Above all, remember that gaining weight is much easier than losing it. Like everything else in life, prevention is better than cure |
He's better looking in old age, he's aged well |
The Section seems to be all about sex, pregnancy and babies these days @ Post, it's fine if there are no medical concerns |
My question...to all ye Mz & Mrs Endowed......how do u cope with this embarrassing attention?. And if you are the MANager of such "rare" commodity, how do u handle other men making silly cat calls at ur beloved? This could be a fun thread, more respondents, male and female (the endowed and the managers) needed @OP Title sys "Mrs" surely you don't intend to exclude the single and endowed or do you? |
adabeke12: gone are the dayz when a man is intrested in a woman, but he doesnt know how to say it... instead he starts to irk her nerves. that was done in elementary school darling. and no i won't and can't be interested in a man like u. The way u think irritate me. Go and fall in love with somebody else pleasee. i will even pay for her bride priceYou nailed it! Now that you know the frustration, please be merciful! You can imagine the sexxxxual mental torture a person is going through when your brrreats enter the discussion from nowhere ![]() By the way, you're too pretty to get into the mud with those whose oestrogen levels surpass testosterone. A pretty gal like you should be used to handling unwelcome attention from the opposite sex. If you want the MALE view point on this topic, the hardworking, too busy, no-time -to-fight-women MEN of the Family section will eventually show, they just don't have time to surf Nairaland at all hours of the day and night, everyday. |
jidegirl12: None takenIt's been a long time since my last childbirth so I may not be current. Never heard of warm water tummy massage but I know about keeping the belly button area dry for a few days and cleaning it with moistened Q-tip (cotton bud). |
All this time, from the first tear cried 'Till today's sunrise And every single moment between You were there, You were always there It was You and I You've been walking with me all this time Brit Nicole |
biolabee: Motimo I take exception to being referred to as a trouble makerOh dear! You must forgive me. I must have mistaken you for the oestrogen-dependent boy carrying his ikebe all around, stoking fires like a fishwife |
OP, If the pix is as bad as comments suggest (no, I did not click the link), then you should put a warning up there . Since your intention is to educate people, then you should consider stating what the pix is about on here, not everyone wants to see perversion at work. taryour: I asked the same question when I got the BC. Well whoever snaped it dosnt matter. What matters is our kids safety,am only sharing it so mothers like me will be aware that even babies less than a year can also b molested by animals in human skin. So my dear I don't think who snapped it should matter to you other than to trust nobody with your kids. The pix is out to spread a warning to mothers. |
joseph1832: I'll like to draw our attention to the way some people insult peoples fathers here on nairaland!People here are from diverse backgrounds, it's a common sign of poor upbringing |
