Would he be more credible if he worshiped the Juedo-Christian God of floodings, banishment and enslavement. One is just as silly as the other. He has chosen to stay true to his roots, unlike the rootless Nigerian Christians.

Nigeria is full of:

- Intellectually underdeveloped people.
- Boisterous and defiant people that are incapable of thinking before talking (beer parlour intellectuals).
- People who would rather believe in superstition/God than engage in ratiocination to understand issues and resolve problems.
- Lazy plonkers that don't want to work hard but want to be billionaires overnight by providing substandard goods & services.
- Cretins that don't believe in merit and facts, only medieval tribalism and blind patriotism.

The quality of human capital in Nigeria, on average, is very low. That is why nothing in the country is World Class.

What you have just described is every country in the world. Have you ever lived outside Nigeria? Are you bitter because you have been stuck in one place for the entirety of your life?

It is however possible that your negative perceptions of Nigeria are predicated upon your own poor circumstances and the standard of company that you keep.

That number is great but because of the self-defeatist thinking that permeates Nigerian society (in spite of all the religious palaver) such people are discouraged. I've found that there are many competent Nigerians both in Nigeria and abroad. Nigeria-Americans are the best educated ethnic group in North America, for example.

Prayer is a waste of time. Be vigilant and encourage those around you to be vigilant. If you cannot do that then you should not whinge about things not working in a democracy.

Competent people should run airlines, as they should do all things in Nigeria. There are plenty of competent and diligent Nigerians who would be more than happy to step in and work for the greater good of the nation. Anyone who has lived in the Western world will know that there are plenty of stupid, ignorant and incompetent 'white' people and as such anyone who claims that 'white people' should manage airlines exclusively is a statement of the highest ignorance. I would posit that those who utter such ignorance should never be granted executive decision making powers.

The borders of Africa 'nations' drawn up by short-sighted Eurotrash is a blight on the global map.

The British monarchy is a backwards and archaic institution that serves no beneficial purpose to the British people - for which they pay, heavily.

There is no need for a man so young to marry. If someone is trying to pressurize you into marriage then put some distance between yourself and that person.

For a man to admit to being an atheist in a nation like Nigeria (or America) during an election would take courage and would thus elevate that person, morally, above the other candidates.

Bad news is the norm internationally.
