mii4all: Silent reader..but i thought to share this one. I think everyone should apply for their gcms notes so you can plan yourself accordingly. it will certainly give you an idea of VO's leanings on your matter especially if you haven't gotten an update and your application has been ongoing for at least 3 months +. It seems a lot of decisions have already been made.
Profile: BSc Engineering, 30+, Married, Banker, going for MBA @ UoT
1st application; Applied 9th Feb No medicals Biometrics done 17th Feb BVL 5th Mar 1st Application Refused 6th Mar Reasons: Home ties, Purpose of visit, Employment prospects Applied for GCMS 10th Mar Received GCMS 8th April
2nd application 28th April Revised LOE specifically targeting visa refusal reasons and VO's concerns as seen in GCMS notes Upfront medicals Medicals passed 26th May BVL 26th May No update since, no AIP Started classes online without resigning 1st Sep Applied for GCMS 1st Sep Received GCMS 19th Sep
I suppose 'info sharing' as seen in the notes implies that PPR will happen when travel restrictions ease and normal operations resume.
It will end in praise. Look at me smilling ooo |

oonibest: I have reviewed the application. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada may outweight their ties vto their home country. According to the applicant's current or future employment prospects, i have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of residence. Weighing the factors in this application, i am not satisfied that the applicant's will depart Canada ar the end of the period authorized for their stay. Eligibility failed. pending Biometrics. please gurus this are their reason for denying my visa. what will i do? i need your advice to go about it. should i re apply. please help me out. tanx for ur great innovations When did you apply? |

Engager69: Mobi22, bro how far? On checking your GCMS note initially with regards to the purpose of visit refusal, was it finance related? or study plan vague related? Study plan vague boss... and I'm also not having a good feeling about this one too.. but I'll keep being positive |

nayo10: Hello pee2jay9, I am trying to go through the notes to see what documents they need to assess me but at the end of the notes I saw one comment from the VO that say I am satisfied the applicant will depart from Canada after his studies, FINDEC to be entered once assessment is complete. Any idea what this means Oporr |

SKEPTA: Nobody is saying you shouldn’t tell anybody the truth, It’s a matter of delivering the truth without sounding uncouth or rendering someone hopeless
Never have I seen justmellow , frank, dommakaveli , anon123 ,lekiboboe or any of the other OGs on this thread tell someone off just like that. how can you just tell someone that innocently came here to get advise that he would be denied,if you’re saying that he’d be denied at least give him a reason for saying that.
If that’s how everybody was rude to everybody on here this thread wouldn’t exist because no one would want to ask any questions knowing that they’d be responded to rudely
As you’ve told him off now , Do you think he’d want to come back here to ask another question?
we are here to help each other while doing that, let’s be nice to each other
God bless everyone. Well said! |
