The allowances are the problem. Please, they need to stop providing them with cars, maid service and all their comforts. Let them use their salary to fund their extravagant lifestyles. If they dont like it, they can reject their mandate. The salary is not bad. Its the allowances that are the problem. If they think they need aides to say aye or nay, let them pay for that out of their pocket. Foolish thieves.

My Kid sister applied to study Bio-Chemistry, in UNILAG & YABATECH but couldn't gain addmission this year!
So she called me yesterday to tell me that she recieved a text from Tans 2013ian University in Anambra state that Jamb forwarded her particulars to the University( Tansian Uni.) for addmision into BIOCHEM. and that she's required to report for screening and registration from thus OCT17, to 31 of OCT 2013... please is there anyone with usefull info about the school, is it accredited? and what are her chances of securing a Job after shes done studying there ? please i need advice Thanks

As for me i already started taking classes in French Alliance Francaise (French Institute) Alagomeji, Yaba Lagos... instead of just sitting at home and getting fatter. Lool

My name is Mike and i'm 19years old i lost my both parents some years back .and they left me and my siblings with a property where we have tenants please i need advice on how to go on about stubborn tenants who refuse to pay house rent and fufil there obligation as a tenants maybe they feel because i'm a small boy that i won't be able to do anything .now i have made up my mind to give everyone of the tenant quick notice to leave my house i don't know how to go about it. the remittance i gain from the house i use it to pay my siblings school fees i'm also in school and am not working. i don't know how to go about the procedure because some off them can be very stubborn i hope you understand what i mean please if they is anyone(lawyers,real estate, experienced elders. landlords in Lagos) who has good information on how to go about it should please help me [please i want serious and useful information not kidding hear

At times, we may face roadblocks in our quest for sucess, thus wearing us out. Stories abound of people who were either frustrated in their quest to study medicine, because they were several points short of attaining the required score. But this case of failure is not only restricted in the field of academics (and I mentioned medicine in particular, because of its endearing popularity and reverence in the world). The employment world is also inundated with tales of workers who were unable to gain the coveted position at work because they had crossed their boss's path. While this may create a sense of failure and frustration in their life, there are some who have choosen to embark on their quest for success in a different route. Even if it means, taking JAMB 3-4 times to study Law, nothing, it appears could derail their quest of becomign a lawyer. A scholarship from Cowbell was another icing on the cake (or should I say, the butter on his bread). Isnt that encouraging?
